Very thoughtful and helpful
The person who served me had put a lot of thought in to the range of notes she was giving me. Not just a bundle of the same high denomination notes as often happens. And checked with me if it was okay. What's more she delayed going to lunch in order to serve me which saved me waiting around. All her actions were thoughtful and I'm grateful. I'm sorry I didn't note her name but I collected from East Grinstead early afternoon on 19th August 2026.

Quick availability of money. Good rates however I think charging 25p for an envelope to put the money in is very bad customer service when I bought £700 of Euros.
I think at the very least you could give a free envelope rather than me having to have all of this money loose in my bag

Friendly staff. Easy collection and I was easily able to change larger denominations for smaller ones that I needed.

Long wait
Arrived at the counter and was told to come back in 20 mins as they were transferring staff. I came back and I was sixth in line. I then waited 45 mins to get served. Maybe there could be more than one assistant at busy times.
