We had our new hot tub delivered in September 2022 and are delighted with the tub and service received now edited to after sales service is absolutely terrible had to contact another dealer up North to get our hot tub fixed !!!!

We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the after-sales service, especially after initially being happy with your hot tub and our support.
We did have an appointment scheduled to carry out the repair, but understand you chose to cancel it. Unfortunately, due to scheduling and workload, we couldn’t offer another appointment straight away, and you opted to contact another dealer instead.
We always advise against self-fitting electrical components for safety and warranty reasons — it’s our policy to have one of our trained engineers carry out any electrical repairs.
We’re genuinely sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we hope you're now fully enjoying your hot tub.

It was a good delivery and installation…
It was a good delivery and installation experience.
Although unable to stay until completion of the process the hottub was sited as required ready to be filled.
A phone call in the evening gave some useful advice on dos and don't of operation and chemicals.
I think the supplied information on operating chemicals is a little confusing and hard follow so it might be better to have someone supervise getting started after filling up; the latter is the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

Swim spa
Our red swim spa arrived a couple of weeks ago. The installation was tricky but the delivery team were very patient and careful ensuring all went well. The space we had prepared was only just big enough by the time the steps and the cover stand were attached at either end. It might be worth mentioning this in the preinstallation guidance.
We are already feeling the benefits of our purchase- a daily swim followed by a wonderful back massage. I have had problems with my knee for 18 months , worsened by exercise. At last I can do exercise without being in terrible pain and feel so much better after my daily 30 minutes in my mini paradise 😊

We received our hot tub on the day stated and time they said it would be delivered, no dramas. Had it sited and filled up within 2.5 hours. A quick run through of the do's and don'ts and how to dose the tub. I would recommend the hot tub company on price and service.
