I feel the tub instruction are poor compared to my previous tub. The tub has good features for the price. Installation went well but I struggled to get use to the control system but I down loaded a complete operation manual in English from the internet and slowly getting use to it. It was delivered within the time scale I was given when the order was placed.

Extremely prompt delivery, first time using Spa Marvel, but so far - so good! Lovely to use the tub and not have the smell of chlorine and itchy skin.

Spa Marvel is a great product, having never had a hot tub before we did a lot of reading with regards to cleanser and conditioners and sanitisers this product is brilliant we use less than a tea spoon a week of chlorine and the tub is pristine, you get out the tub and do not need to take a shower, skin feels soft so glad we chose to use Spa Marvel cleaner, Spa Marvel conditioner and Spa Marvel filter cleaner, it is more expensive but so much better.

We purchased a hot tub in June this year - The tub company was the first showroom we went to and felt no pressure from Ed when we told him we wanted to visit other before committing as a big investment - visited 3 other showrooms and felt pressurised to buy bigger tub than we wanted and rush into ordering - returned to Ed and bought the right tub for us - great service all the way through. A little tip for tall people - the other companies told us we needed a 8 person tub as my husband is tall (6.3) and he found the head rests were digging into his shoulders - the tub we opted for has integrated head rests so problem solved!

These guys love all things tub-related. I highly recommend them.
Service is second to none, as is support and advice.
