Excellent Service Start to Finish
Excellent Service, from initial enquiry, to ordering and being kept updated, through to the seamless delivery and installation (any worries I had for delivery were removed as soon as the guys turned up and just got it done!). I used The Tub Company due to personal recommendation (knowing there are many online companies out there) and was extremely happy and glad I did and would recommend them myself in a heartbeat! Paul

Great service. We needed a crane to get the hot tub in place and it was installed with minimal fuss! They guys were chatty and friendly and explained the do’s and don’ts of hot tub maintenance so well, that I’ve managed to really understand and optimise the water chemical levels. The only shame is that we never got to try the tub with jets on in the showroom (we sat in it dry though), but when buying in COVID times, it’s understandable. I think if we had tried the jets, we may have considered a two pump model, as we do like more powerful jets. Don’t get me wrong, we are pleased with what we have though. Love the complimentary rubber duck. Nice touch!! 😆
