Just had my tub serviced for the third time by Richard, nothing was too much trouble he took time to answer all my questions and to explain how the tub works We are so pleased we took out the service agreement and will continue to do so This company really cares about it's customers

The Tub Company
We ordered our Tub at the end of the summer 2021, after Covid-19 and in the middle of some challenging supply chain issues. Richard was attentive and knowledgeable throughout our experience, offering guidance as we made our decisions, never pushy, just real honest details tailored to how WE wanted to use our tub. We opted for the Tub Company to do all the groundwork and finishing and on Christmas Eve our tub was delivered and installed ((just under 3 months from our order) which was fantastic. We spent a large portion of Boxing Day in our tub! :-) Honestly wouldn't shop anywhere else, the spares and chemicals are also readily available and so easy to either order on line or pop in and collect. Thank you to Richard and Blythe for all your attention to detail. Much appreciated. Dena & Bruce.
