5 star from start to finish. Ordering online so easy, had a phone call the next day to say that they could deliver the following day and confirmed the time. Driver then called when he was about half an hour away. Quality wise the product is fantastic, easy to hang and looks amazing. Highly recommend

Value, quality, great service
I was really pleased with the price, quality and delivery was quick and a good price. Sometimes the cost of delivery really pushes up the cost of the items you’re buying.
I phoned them before buying the plastic stakes and the staff were very helpful.
I would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and brilliant product
I’d never used Tuda Grass before but would definitely use them again. Really impressive customer service from ordering through to delivery (a shout out to Adam the delivery driver was amazing).
I ordered the Composite Woodgrain Shiplap Cladding in black and so far it’s been great.

Excellent products at a reasonable price.
Customer service is outstanding, and delivery is carried out by their own trucks and staff. I added additional items to my delivery at the last moment and was taken care off with speed and professionalism.

5 out of 5 the customer service is perfect very friendly receptionist who done exactly what she said called back with a delivery time for, kept me updated with the order and the delivery driver turned up both times exactly when he said so was a bonus the product was very highly stranded stuff very strong and I’ve used the company twice and both times 100 percent so keep the good work up guys you are different from the rest so fair play to you all.

Do Not Waste Your Hard Earned Money

Do not buy this product the quality is appalling save the hassle and spend your money with another company, I employed a 57 year old gentleman who’s been fitting carpets/vinyl for 37 years he said the quality was so poor he could tear it with his hands, I complained to the company and was basically called a liar, I moved my chair across the kitchen floor and the vinyl split, please see photo on Amazon, they said that my fitter had caused the damages, they would not offer a replacement for a better product or a refund, please watch my video also on Amazon it just shows how ignorant the company is and their response is insulting and rude, I now have to rip up the vinyl that I purchased from them and buy a replacement, companies like this really make my blood boil.

We would like to clarify our position for transparency, as this review contains a number of inaccuracies. At no point did we call you a liar or insult your installer. Our responses were focused solely on reviewing the evidence provided and explaining our findings.
When you first contacted us, we responded promptly and requested photographs and video so that we could properly assess the issue. Once these were received, the matter was reviewed thoroughly. The footage and images showed:
• A split at the cabinet edge consistent with the vinyl being cut and then forced into place during installation
• Further damage consistent with pressure or dragging across the surface after fitting
The image provided showing damage caused when a chair was moved also shows rigid plastic feet in contact with the flooring. When pressure is applied through hard plastic edges — particularly while weight is on the chair — this can cause tearing or splitting of vinyl, especially once it has been cut and installed.
The vinyl supplied is 2.3 mm thick and, while durable when installed and used correctly, it is not indestructible. Vinyl can split if excessive force is applied, particularly at cut edges or when heavy furniture is moved without protection.
We also independently tested the same product and were unable to replicate the tearing shown in the video when the material was handled correctly. This product is supplied to many customers and receives consistent positive feedback regarding quality and durability.
Because the flooring had been cut, fitted, and subsequently damaged, it was no longer eligible for return or refund under Amazon’s policy, which only allows returns for unused items or manufacturing defects. For this reason, we were unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or refund.
We advised that the matter could be referred to Amazon via their A–Z Guarantee process so an independent decision could be made based on the evidence. We were fully prepared to provide all documentation requested; however, no claim was ultimately raised.
We appreciate that this outcome is disappointing, but we stand by our decision and the professional manner in which the case was handled.

Fantastic company to deal with. Had a couple of damaged boards on delivery which they replaced without question. Slatted composite cladding is excellent quality - would definitely use them again for future projects.

Recently ordered to Nottingham after looking at several companies for some composite cladding it was refreshing to be able to speak to someone and to be able to place an order over the phone. Staff are very efficient and friendly and are a pleasure to deal with. Order arrived all packaged and a very professional service. The product is very good quality and the best we have come across. Will be using Tuda again for our renovations and will also recommend to friends and family. Highly recommend.
