I ordered from them on the 6th of April and my product (grass grower) still hasn’t arrived. I have sent a number of emails but still nothing. Terrible customer servic and experience. Stay clear

I am very unsatisfied with your product. The fact that I had to wait 4 months for it to be delivered makes it even worse. The seed did not come like the video showed. First thing water was shooting out of where I connected my water hose to the product, I got completely wet. I followed the directions to the "T" and it just looked like I was spraying water in my lawn. It wasn't green or blue or whatever color the advertisement shows, the products was coming out clear. You can't even tell that I used the product on my lawn. I used it yesterday because it is suppose to rain all weekend where I live, but your prosuct will do absolutely nothing for my lawn. I am highly disappointed and very upset I used my money to purchase your product that took 4 months be delivered to me. The product looks as thought it was cheaply put together, the video is absolutely not how it came out when I used it.

Total scam. Ordered grass spray back in April, received initial shipping information on 4/30, but was never updated and still haven't received product. Emails go unanswered or state shipping delays due to Covid. Do not order from company, as you will never receive product.

Below is the email response I got when I asked for a refund and it took 3 months to show up , totally disgusted . Please read and share as much as possible to shut these ass holes down!!!!!!!!!!!!

We understand that you want to return your order. We have a RETURN POLICY and only cases that comply to the policy will be entertained.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days and covers ONLY DEFECTIVE items upon delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• We do NOT accept returns nor refund if the item arrives as described.
• We do NOT offer refunds due to print lines on Sublimation Products. There will always be print lines during sublimation. This will not fall under "broken/damaged".
• We do NOT offer returns/exchanges for incorrect sizing; please make sure to read carefully our product specifications and/or sizing charts before placing an order.
• We do NOT offer returns/exchanges for sale items. Only regularly priced items can be returned within the guarantee.
All our returns are handled on a case by case basis. If applicable for a return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Horrible experience. I ordered my Grass Sprayer in April and on July 14th, it has still not arrived. They had an immediate response in April when I had concerns of delivery. They have ignored every attempt of contact ever since. A case was opened through Paypal to correct this, so hopefully I will at least be reimbursed. Being delayed is one thing, but 3 months of no response back is too much.

Perhaps I can shed some light on the negative comments..
I ordered from Tuesday Crate before I read the reviews, when I did see the negative reviews I immediately sent a message to them expressing my concerns.
I got a quick response from them and they assured me that my order would ship . Due to the coronavirus shipping times will be delayed, but assured me it would ship. The borders from Canada to United States have been closed and as expected I knew it would be some time..
During the time it took waiting for my order , Customer Service was in CONSTANT contact. Which I’m my eyes, it was worth the wait time.
Any company that values their customers and keeps them informed every step of the way is a company who deserves a positive review.
Sometimes all it takes is communication instead of negative remarks..
I will be ordering from them again ..

This product is a scam. Horrible quality and doesn't work at all. Never again. SCAM!!!!

Wish would have researched more before ordering. Ordered first part of May and still have not received. They gave me tracking information in Chinese that shows it is in transit. In Transit where? Crooks.

What a bunch of yahoos!! Just as everyone else has stated. Complete and utter scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM... PERIOD! Just wished I would have read thesd before I ordered!!

I order green grass spray months ago and still haven’t received it. If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Every time I would inquire about my order, the would go in and update the tracking page to look like it’s being sent to the shipping carrier but it never gets updated pas that and it never arrives. Don’t get scammed by these people!!

I ordered a grass seed sprayer in June have not received and notice etc. I paid thru pay pal they opened a case this place is scam buyer beware

Please check your spam this company wrote me many emails to explain the delay but I don't normally check my spam

The biggest scam on the internet!! Do NOT order anything from this site. I ordered a product in April, it was said to ship in May and I still do not have the product (it’s July). I first emailed asking about my product a few weeks after ordering and it was delayed due to COVID (understandable). Then in May I still had not received my shipment and asked for a refund because I could no longer use the product this late in the season. It was a grass seed sprayer. And then all of a sudden they claim they can’t refund my product because miraculously they just shipped it. Like other reviewers are saying stick to Amazon. Scams! Reporting this on the BBB too.

I have received my order from Tuesdaycrate. So after I waited so long, the order was missing items. Waste of time and money.

Oh god..why didn’t I read the reviews before making the purchase. I bought a feng shui bracelet in April and still haven’t received it it’s already July!!! I tried tracking it but I kept getting the exact same email response as well as the last tracking was in May when it said it was in China and on the way to canada but still no word for my package. TuesdayCrate you are a scamming business. Shame on you guys.

Thankfully my order was only $30. Ordered a product in early April, Tracking # says its STILL in Malaysia, yet emails say its in Canada. I've let EVERYBODY I know and on social media that I think Tuesdaycrate is a SCAM! Prove me wrong. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Ordered product in April, finally arrived in July only to see that package was opened, resealed then when I opened it was missing the key components. Sent numerous emails to support and customer service only to be answered twice. And that took a month to get a response.This company is not worth ordering a pencil from. Would rate zero star but they don't allow for that. Save your money, this company is a sham..

Horrible!!! I only ordered during COVID because it said the lawn spray shipped from Canada. Finally got a tracking number and Canada is now located in China. Big surprise. Have been waiting 4 months and still no delivery. Beware.

Yep. Never received my order. Glad it was only $20.

0 STARS Never Received My Order! Ordered it in early May!!! Keep getting a generic response email. $400 but I will claim that in my Taxes.
