Horrible! Do not order from them- They are located in China and you will never receive your order and they won't refund your money. I placed an order thinking it was coming from CA back in May. Still have not received anything and they keep saying it's in transit so they can't cancel and refund. Amazing how people who didn't order seeds from China are receiving mail but those who have ordered can't get anything.

Ordered grass seed on May 2nd and still have not received it. Contacted company several times with same response assuring order is in transit. When asking for a refund, company states they cannot because order has shipped. Stay away and learn from others experience. They need their outfit shutdown

Please people, DO NOT DO NOT buy from this tuesdaycreate under any circumstance it is SCAM company. I pay through PayPal they could not even do anything. This company is based in China all they do is steal your money. Not sure where else should I file a complaint

I ordered a grass growing product back in May to get my grass summer ready.
We are now the 9th august and it still hasn't arrived almost 11 weeks later.
I have contacted them, but they send a link which doesn't tell you anything other than that it has supposedly arrived in the UK.
They try to follow you that it is an American product, but it is Chinese.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Where do I begin?
I’ve ordered seeds from this joke of a company through FB over 2 months ago and still waiting for my package. I understand the current mailing struggles due to COVID, but this is flat out ridiculous! I was a bit concerned when I originally placed the order, being that I was making it directly from FB. My worries were correct once my communications with them or Company support email came back several times as a standard response...no direct connection to a real person, just a lady named Georgias, that most likely is a robot.
I see that many here are finding the same issues, so stay tuned as I will be starting a class action lawsuit against this company so that others don’t have to experience the same headaches and money scam.
It’s unfortunate, because there are so many legit companies out there that are getting hurt by the actions of scam artists like TuesdayCrate.
I suggest that all of you file a complaint directly into FB to remove the company from their site and prohibit thieves like TuesdayCrate to trick honest people like many here.
I’m always very careful when buying online and mostly go through Amazon for security, but this time I learned a lesson and will never order anything outside of reputable online companies.
If you are wondering if you should order from TuesdayCrate, I hope this helps with your decision to run away.

Ordered grass seed in May hoping to get it before the warm weather, but still haven't received it. They keep saying "we cannot refund if the product is shipped" Such a waste of money and I don't even know if we will receive it before the fall...

Totally agree with all other comments. Total rip off. I waited over 2 months. It went from China to UK to Germany to China to HK! Unbelievably incompetent and then to cap it all off arrived with no seed. They say package should be just sprayer and mouse. That is despite it clearly being advertised as 'just attach to your hose' and the crushed boxes that arrived saying on them that they include 1/2lb of seed.

Took 4 months to get just the green fluid (no seed) and no sprayer. Tracking showed it sitting in California awaiting USPS for two months.

Don’t order from them. Product is not as advertised. Takes over 4 months to receive. Comes smashed together in package so they can’t be used and to top it off there is no grass seed you have to add it. Extremely disappointed but have learned a valuable lesson. Waste of money and time

Total fraud. Have resigned myself that I got beat for $32.00. Ordered grass seed in early May. Tracking says still in China. Q Ann says they have no control over Covid. Do Not order from this alleged company. They are Chinese scammers.

It's been exactly a month since I placed my order and it's STILL IN CHINA. They say they can't take returns after 30 days from the date of purchase. Of course you can't...THE PRODUCT DOESNT GET TO THE CUSTOMER IN TIME. Complete and utter BS. These people need to be glad they're not based in the US.

after 6 months of emailing back and forth and never receiving my product they tell me they can no longer assist me how in the hell are these people still in business $40 USD dollars wasted on a item after dealing with them trying to get this resolved how can they still be in business when they have 98% bad reviews someone needs to shut these people down

Company appear to be unable to complete orders and customers waiting months for order. When contacted, say the product is held up in shipping but unable to refund. Definitely a bogus company

This is a total fraud company, we need a class action suit. Beware I wish I had read these reviews before buying. I am reporting this company to the internet fraud bureau. they take your money and send nothing but excuses. almost a full month with nothing. we will see if the FEDS can track them down, this is not my first rodeo.

This company is a fraud. I ordered the hydro grass seed in April 2020. It is July 28, 2020 and still have not received it. They say they are having problems with the shipper. Not acceptable, get another shipper if this one is not working. This company needs to be shut down. I have been requesting a refund and have not gotten my money back. Please do not order from this company.

The ratings need to have negative stars because this company does not deserve any stars.. I order from them several months ago and not received the product. I have asks for refund and they tell me the product is stuck in customs. Bullcrap! I will never order from them again. Terrible service..

Total rubbish.

Bought the grass hydro mousse product. Firstly did not receive the grass seeds and secondly the actual sprayer could not even fit onto the container the thread is completely wrong. Enquired about returning product. Lets see. It not even a “cheap” product. So would expect a little more. Do not even try it.
