I ordered an item over 2 months ago and all I know for certain is that it is still in china. Multiple emails back with template email responses only! Some of them didn’t even have the information filled out! It would say;
Sorry to hear you having trouble with your package. It is located at (INSERT PACKAGE LOCATION HERE)...

Really?! It’s a huge joke and they have denied me any refund. They also won’t answer my main question of where my package actually is and when it will be arriving.
STAY AWAY from this place.

Back on June first I ordered two hydro mousse and 3.5 months later it finally came. But it was stopped at the Canadian boarder for review and they took the seeds. I swear when I ordered it on the site it said it was Canadian. But all of a sudden it was shipping from China. I ended up called my bank and filing a dispute to try to get my money back. I’ve sent tuescrate so
Many emails but they kept telling me no refunds because my package has already shipped. But when I got it I pretty much paid 93$ Canadian for two spray bottles. Like come on. And their site won’t let me post my review there.

Worst company ever! My order took more than 4 months to arrive, and when it finally did it was incomplete. I keep sending emails and they never answered mu questions, is like computer generator responses. Don’t waste your money!
Horrible company

I was dm’d on Instagram asking if I would become and ambassador for their brand and they told me what I need to do and all of that but now that I’ve ordered something they won’t answer any messages, hopeful the product still comes even if it’s months late :(

This company is fake. Do not waste your money or time. There are many other options - pick any other one besides Tuesday Crate!!! This is a sham save yourself money and go elsewhere. Ordered nearly $100 worth of material and never received anything nor have I have gotten a response back to my inquiries that were not automated. Time to contact the bank

Ten weeks after placing my order, I clicked the "View your order" link to get a status but the link was dead. I emailed customer service and got a response designed to look like it was addressing my concern but is just a bot response. It doesn't reference my order, it says it is at the shipping carrier and it's destination is "." It also has this gem of a line "Order processing and delivery timeframes are also outlined on our website at {insert link to Shipping & Delivery page URL which can be found on footer of website} for future reference." Then, I received an email asking me to rate the response I got. After selecting one star and writing a scathing review, I hit send and watched it change from one star to five. Utter garbage all the way around! I will be placing a dispute with Paypal to get a refund.

I would never ever buy from or recommend this company ( Tuesday Crate) 4 months after still haven't received the product that I purchased from their website! They keep saying be assured that your purchase was shipped to your address but no refund is possible.My bad that I let this scammers stole 28 bucks from me.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

This company is a total scam. Ordered in May have not received my product. Have emailed them three times and each time it get the same computer response. Can’t get my money refunded or speak with a real person

This company is a Joke I ordered my package 3 months ago and it has not arrived yet plus they don’t answer their emails either the next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau plus continue on social media to degrade them

Beware. This company changes names and ads. Promises and then never delivers. They say it is on the way and be patient. 2 and half months later still no delivery.

I ordered the grass spray in March and said it would ship in 3 days. 5 months later and numerous emails I finally received it today. The box was crushed and everything in it was destroyed and unusable

Bought grass seed & sprayer in June and still nothing.

I ordered hydro mousse for the yard on May 3rd. Still nothing August 16th. I asked for my refund of $68 and I got a refund of $4. Scammed but you’ll get yours in the end. Bad company. Don’t waste your time and or money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TUESDAY CRATE!! I never received my grass seed. I ordered it back in April and it is now August. They claimed it was still in transit the entire time but the tracking information they send you is invalid. Luckily I used PayPal to purchase this product and after four months of going through a dispute with them I was finally refunded through PayPal. Tuesday crate would not answer my emails when questioning them. They told PayPal my package had been delivered which it was not! AVOID THE HASSLE! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM CHINA COMPANY!!

I ordered grass seeds in june and just received it in August. Also, the packaging was horrible, I have damaged goods, and the containers they sent were all bent up and broken. I emailed them four times during the process of why my order was taking so long to be delivered. All they could say it was in transit and will arrive soon. I thought maybe I was scam because I never ordered anything that took three months to deliver. I emailed them photos of my delivery and ask for a refund. I'm very sure nothing will happen. Please take the advice and do not waste your time or money. I should have read reviews before I ordered!! Lesson learned!
