I ordered the wrong colour tuff tray by mistake from Tuffspot.co.uk, and reached out to their team for help. Shamus responded almost instantly and was incredibly helpful, contacting the relevant department to assist. Unfortunately, when the tray arrived, it was still the wrong colour—but once again, Shamus stepped in without hesitation.
He personally called to apologise and came up with a fantastic solution: he dispatched the correct colour tray right away and, as a generous gesture, let me keep the original one too. My grandson absolutely loves his tray, and I’ll be donating the extra one to the school where I work—so it’s a win all around!
The customer service from Tuffspot.co.uk was outstanding—quick, thoughtful, and genuinely caring.
Highly recommend!

Positive experince with Tuff spot
The company responded really quickly when I had concerns about a delivery. They emailed me back immediately, sent me information about my delivery and were concerned that I had a positive experience with the company. The tuff spot and sand great and good value.

Ordered a small activity tray and Boys bumper colouring pack which was supposed to come with felt tips, 4 colouring books and glitter glue. Tray arrived but the books were different and no felt tips or glitter glue. I did email them to rectify it (on the 11th and it's now the 15th) but still waiting on a response. Hopefully it will be resolved soon and I can give more stars.
Extra star given as dispatch and delivery was quick, even if it wasn't what I ordered!

Fantastic Customer Service
I had made a silly mistake in ordering a tuff tray to the wrong address. I had emailed a few days after I’d ordered to ask if the address could be changed and within an hour I had an email confirmation of the new address and a phone call from one of their employees who was absolutely fantastic! I could not fault this company, they really have gone above and beyond to ensure my little god daughter will have her present for Christmas. Thank you!
