I would like to share with everyone, my most shocking experience that I had with this company
It started with an order for a box of chandelier
bulbs..
I placed an online order for a BOX, of bulbs.
When I received my order, there were only 4- bulbs!
I called this company several times, it always went to voicemail. Nobody ever answered. I left a number of messages. Nobody ever returned my calls! Finally I got angry & left a message , telling them if they DON'T return my call, I will report them to the BBB. And publicize my experience with their company.
Finally I received a call.
Well I explained what had happened. That there was an error with my order.
This so called person began to argue with me, telling me that's what I ordered. When I told him that I would never order 4- bulbs for over $24.00.
He opened such a filthy mouth to me.
He accused me of black mail!!! Then he told me he renounced his religion because of people like me..I WAS IN SHOCK!!! Noone has ever spoken to me like that. Let alone, accuse me of blackmail.
He kept his filthy mouth going. I just couldn't listen to his rantings anymore. So I hung up on him with a few choice words, & ended up paying $24.00 for 4- chandelier bulbs.
I ask u people, DO NOT DUE ANY BUSINESS WITH THES COMPANY. I am almost certain, that this creep was the owner of the company.
There is such a thing called KARMA. He will get his one day!
There was no excuse to be verbally abusive.

Purchased an item on AMAZON. NOV 5th. Emailed tracking number NOV 7. Delivery date scheduled "NO LATER THAN NOV 14". Nov 14th NO ITEM. return to tracking number only to find item had NOT been accepted by USPS. Meaning it was still in their facility and all they did was print a label. Contacted seller though Amazon link only to be given a very generic auto response. Nov 15th they issued a refund. BUT NEVER COMMUNICATED THAT TO ME that I would not bet getting my item that was "running late" ... Totally unprofessional

After I placed an order nothing happened. After a couple weeks I called the number listed. She had no idea and said the Order number was not listed. Wait again for more time to pass.... and a refund eventually showed up. Do NOT do business with this company. Huge waste of time.

The gloves were a good buy, but the company service was not. Took over 2 months to receive, with no updates provided as to the delay. When I ordered the gloves it indicated they would ship in 5 - 7 days. I probably will not buy from this company again.

I am satisfied with the cold weather gearI purchased for drilling in the mountains this winter. All items were delivered on time and I liked the notification via text.
I am extremely happy with the posigrip gloves. They are far more durable than I had anticipated.

These folks have great prices on awesome stuff. I'm a repeat buyer,and will return soon for more great stuff at awesome prices. Thanks again.

highly recommend Tuff Supplies, the products and online experience is awesome, Product safety items were labeled and easily found when searched for.

Customer service is awesome, prices are good
And the product is great. Even though I ended up with free shipping, delivery took almost 2 weeks from New York to Texas.
(Confused look)

Did not receive confirmation of purchase or shipping information, but good customer service to correct the issue. Contacted them via email and got a fast response. Would most likely use them again.

And no, the shipping information and confirmation of purchase was not in my spam folder.

My experience with Tuff was everything I needed it to be. I was looking for a safety flag for a truck that was not a regular stock item and I needed it in a short amount of time. I had previously ordered one from a local supplier and they dropped the ball on me at the last minute I spent a few hours trying to source it out with no luck and I decided maybe I could find a supplier on the web this is where I found Tuff Supplies I gave them a call and spoke with Joel he advised me they didn't have one in stock and he was able to bring one in and get it to me in time to make my deadline something none of the local suppliers could have done which was quite the feat considering I am located in northern Ontario. My hat goes off to Joel and everyone else at Tuff supplies that came through for me.

Got the cooling vest with the freezer packs. Had a question about size and tried to call on a Saturday. Didn't get an answer...but they called me back on Sunday. I asked my question got my answer and changed my size over the phone. They shipped product on Monday received on Wednesday. This was free shipping!!! Couldn't ask for better service. Great product too.

I would recommend Joel and Tuff Supplies to any vendor who wants a reliable product selection that allows for a higher than expected profit margin and for any business that wants to increase employee efficiency and over all moral !

I ordered a hard hat from them a week ago and it still says it's waiting for shipping. If I knew it was gonna take this long I would of went somewhere else. This is crap.

I really like my cowboy hard hat. But I really don't care for the 6 point ratchet. It looks cheaply made that it looks like it can fall apart. If there's something better please let me know. Thank you again.

Shopped at Tuff Supplies's online industrial supply web store for the first time a few days ago. Huge selection of safety vests, shirts, pants etc. Signing up for an account was straight forward and checkout was simple. It was not difficult to get everything done, my order was filled quickly and arrived within a couple of days. Very good quality T-shirts, excellent delivery service! Will take advantage of logo printing next time we order.

Ordered two cooling items on 6/7, a Saturday. I did not expect shipping until maybe Tuesday 6/10, for the "Next Day Shipping". I sent a message on 6/11 Wednesday, as there was no update on my order posted. I had a reply that night, "Your order is scheduled to ship out today, sorry for the slight delay." Really shipped 6/13 Friday, arrived on 6/17 Tuesday. 10 days! This is far from "Next Day Shipping". I could have pick up the items local for just a few dollars more and had it on the day I ordered from Tuff Supplies. 10 days in the Tucson AZ heat, it would have been more than worth the few extra dollars.
