PCV2A Description Wrong
The product description of the Occunomix PCV2A replacement vest indicates cooling packs are included. When product arrived without cooling packs, I then had to order the cooling packs separately. The combined cost was greater than if I had bought the product that was the vest and cooling packs together, but I was not offered a refund when I submitted a comment through the website.

We recognize that there was a description error that indicated cooling packs were included. However, there was also a section clearly indicating this was a VEST ONLY option. We also did not hear from you via phone or email and would be interested to see proof of an email sent to us, since had we received this we would have responded straight away. Lastly, the Vest you purchased was $70 vs the vest which does come with a cooling pack which is $148.50 and which is another indication that the original vest purchased was a vest only option. Saying all of this, we acknowledge things were not 100% clear and therefore would like to offer a $30 which is just over half the difference you ended spending, to be applied t your next order.
