Love it, fits in my pocket nicely and my lad loves playing fetch and tug with it

Great product. Staff is knowledgeable, answers questions clearly and explanations easy to understand. Especially like the harness, that stays above the point of the shoulders. The collar is a close but not exact match. It seems a little stiff but hopefully will loosen up with regular use.

My dog, Bella, who I had adopted relatively recently did not play or really engage with any toys. Our behaviorist recommended we try tug-e-nuff and Bella is thrilled. As a JRT with high prey drive this was the perfect toy for her. She can’t get enough of it! I think I’ll have to get a second one bc the first one is covered in her slobber and she’s trying her best to shred it.

I ordered a rabbit skin toy thinking it would be good for my greyhound to chase. Unfortunately she just saw it as food and guarded and ate it. Which is understandable, she spent 3 years running after them - she finally has one and she is not letting go.

She did some damage to it so I contacted Tug-e-Nuff to see if I could get discount on a different toy that my greyhound did chase. They offered to actually take this one back and replace free of charge.

I then got an email confirmation for the new order once they had the old one back giving me an option to add more items to it - which I did, I added the mystery toy for £9.95 and have got a great synthetic pocket toy!!

We got I of these toys for our dog we loved it & was his favourite toy we gave him it to pull on after his Kong at lunch time we had it about 5 weeks & the handle dismembered from The End by the ball due to weak stitching we contacted customer support but they just weren't interested as the guarantee of 45 days was out by one week will not be buying again.

The price and quality is great but you need to keep the customer updated what is happening with their order as I kept checking and it just said my order was being processed.

Our Boston Terrier LOVES his Sheepskin Bungee Chaser. Delivery was also really quick!

Excellent service. Easy to use website. Unbelievably quick delivery and quality toys our dogs love.

My boy loves these and the part he should play with seems tough however he doesn't understand completely that the handles for us and the other part is what he grabs and only that. He's always supervised but often grabs the handles etc so they're snagged because they're not very strong. I hope the handles will be made tougher for when they're accidently grabbed because these are pricey toys. If the handles were tougher I'd give 5*

Really prompt service & my puppy just adores this new toy

Order arrived in a timely fashion. The ball tug is great but the furry one my dogs started tearing fur off of it and choking on the fuzz. I took that one away from them.

Customer service is excellent, they really listen and do their best to help. The toys are all as described, my dog loves playing tug with them - until she does eventually chew them up but she does that with every toy. I would happily use this company again and recommend them.

Toy is great, firm favourite. Only giving 3 stars as we made our purchase at a dog show, provided email address for receipt and was automatically added to a very persistent mailing list. I’ve tried to unsubscribe a couple of times but kept receiving emails. 3rd time lucky.

A man answered the phone and I experience terrible customer service.
