The dress fits just like I thought it would. Very well. It arrived way quicker than I anticipated which I am very happy about. Definitely recommend this website. The service answered all of my questions.

I bought a bridesmaid dress hoping it would actually get to me. I did a custom fit and it was only a little big that I was able to fix with my local seamstress. The dress was beautiful and the color was exactly what the bride wanted

My daughter ordered her bridesmaid dress a few weeks ago. The staff communicated very well to ensure all questions were answered. The dress delivered in less time than anticipated. The dress came 2 weeks faster than I anticipated, it fit me perfectly and the colour was just gorgeous! The quality is great, I am so happy with the dress. And the customer service was good (besides the time issues since we live in different time zones), they really try to fulfil all your wishes. 10/10 will be ordering again when I have another big event coming.

I needed to order dresses for both of my girls and unfortunately, neither fell into the ‘standard size’ category. While I had just accepted the fact that I would be paying additional money to have these items altered once received, I was very pleasantly surprised when I was contacted about the size choices I made and it was suggested that custom sizes were used instead. Both dresses came super quick and fit perfectly! You don’t find this kind of customer service much any more and I found the experience to be truly satisfying. I would highly recommend!

I would definitely order from this website again! Sophia helped me figure out the correct size to order and was very patient with me! (i was doing everything at work and could respond right away) The staff that I have dealt with has been wonderful. The dress came right on time like they said it would and fits almost to the T! (just have to get it hemmed and the chest taken in, i'm not gifted in either of those areas)

The quality of the fabric of the dress was really poor (cheap fabric not according to the price paid). It was shipped from China, not USA as expected (American website). Despite providing all the measurements and confirming them with the company the dress was too tight and short

These dresses were perfect for my bridesmaids! I chose canyon rose for my November wedding and it was beautiful with our navy suits. The girls ordered their dresses a few months apart, but there were no differences in color. They were able to put in their measurements and did not have to alter! We were all so pleased with the speed of delivery, quality of dresses, and customer service. And you can't beat the price! I will 100% recommend Tulle & Chantilly for any formal gown!

From day one Sofia was communicating with all the ladies who ordered! The dress is beautifully made and accomodations were made with the sizes no problem. Customer service was impressive! Sofia your amazing thank you and your wonderful staff for the great experience.

The dress we ordered was great and custom fit and it was very good quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They respond very quickly and are efficient with communication.
We did not expect it all to go so well and it's a worry ordering something like bridesmaid dresses online, but it was worth it and there was such a good choice of styles to choose from in the colour we wanted.

I had my dress custom fit and it fit great and was very well made. Also the naive color was very nice!

The dress was easy to buy and reasonably priced.

My only complaint....I feel like their should have been options on the skirt length. I understand its easier to make a standard length, but the seamstresses are chopping off so much length that the fabric gets wasted.
I think there could just be a better option for the skirt lengths like their are for hips/bust/waist....My thought is, if someone wants to error on the side of extra long because of their heel height, they could by a dress that is X inches in length, but if a buyer knows the heel is only 1-2 inches high and they are only 5-5.5 ft tall, there is no need to buy a dress that is drowning them, just to cut off and waste the material.

I am sure there is a give and take in your business and its cheaper to lose material than it is to pay someone to be more intricate in their hems since that could cause longer lead times. But maybe a 2 length option for each size range could be the compromise. This is just my observations with dresses as whole.

Overall the dress experience was easy and would use again if needed!!!

I ordered blue swatches (5 swatches) paid $10 dollars for shipping. I sent it to my parents house due to packages getting stolen from my apartment. My parents told me that even though I paid for postage it did not cover enough. The mailman reported it did not cover the rate. My parents had to pay $3 dollars additionally for shipping swatches! I mean come on! Get a flat rate. The quality is alright for swatches but pretty upset that I had to pay so much for a tiny bit of fabric. A big rip off.

I’m always so skeptical about ordering online but the dresses came in just a couple of weeks like they said they would and the quality of the dresses were amazing. Two of my bridesmaids ordered with custom sizing and they fit them perfectly!

Excellent experience! Bridal party of six ordered individually but our rep was so helpful and coordinated the orders including a custom size for one girl. Shipment time ranged from 3-5 weeks as stated. Color and style are beautiful. Fit was great (once we got everyone to understand you need to order by measurements!). Can’t wait to see these at the October wedding !!!

The dress came ready to go and fit perfectly - just be sure to take your measurements like they said. I went to the tailors and had the person there measure me and then sent that info to them! Love the color, and the material is really nice!!
