Same as ALL the other reviews! So mad! Ordered a hoodie for my daughter and it said I’d get the package in 8 days, well it’s been way over 8 days, shipping information is in Chinese and when I contacted customer support, they gave me a link that is now in English, and it just says my package is in a sorting center for over a week! I’ve ordered from them before and it was nothing like this! Choose a different courier! The company you are using is going to put you out of business! So disappointed, my daughter is still waiting on her Christmas gift, and today is New Years Eve! I’ll be shocked if I even get it! 😡

This is a Scam! I ordered 2 shirt on Dec 6th and still havent received them. When I look up tracking it takes me to a Chinese site with Chinese writing. I emailed support and they say their trying to fix the problem and give me another link that does the same thing. They wont refund me my money because they say the shirts have shipped but they wont give me a date it shipped nor the date it will be at my address. Ill just inform my attorney at this point. Just for the simple fact that they cant give me proper information.

Delivery is taking way too long, they still haven’t sent me a date on when it will be here. Been placing this order about 2 weeks ago now. No communication.

A place the nice sized order many days ahead of the holidays thinking I’ll have my package ready for to gift them. Didn’t show up. Still hasn’t arrived. I emailed and no response yet.

Ordered Dec 19th recieved on the 27th. Was hoping before Xmas but I should've ordered earlier. Excellent products great quality and a super fair price. Will purchase more mystery boxes in the future.

It’s been two weeks I don’t even have an order number but I get an email everyday to order more. It’s stressing me out

They call it a mystery box because it's a mystery if you'll get your $100 package or not.... if I could give a zero star I would, customer service is shiiit, company is shiiit, I've definitely learned my lesson....

I wasted 120 bucks on NOTHING my package never came, I sent multiple gmails and they never got back to me, this website is a scam, do not buy from here!! your better off shopping on Amazon!

I ordered this for my son for Christmas. I ordered it December 4th. I can't find out updates and it hasn't delivered. I've emailed and haven't heard back anything. Spending over $100. And I have nothing, or any information.

Bought an item close to a month ago still haven’t even received a shipping confirmation from them yet nor received the item.

Placed a $250 order December 8th and never received any update on shipping, just said the order was received now I was left with no Christmas gifts for my family I had to dispute the charge and buy gift cards instead, horrible service never even replied to my email.

AWFUL. Placed order on 12/8 and as of 12/24 it still has not shipped. I emailed and was told they are backed up and it’s in processing. I’m going to cancel my order.

Placed an order September 29th, shipped from China and not USPS. Tracking didn’t work and after saying I would be updated I had to follow up multiple times to have my order reshipped.
It then still took far too long to get here. When it did arrive one of my shirts was the wrong design. The other shirt was the correct design but poor quality. Polyester blend with a heat pressed design. Not the cotton shirt and screen printing advertised on website.
I had gotten good quality products from them in the past, but they avoided answering my questions about changes in their shipping/production processes. I did get a refund but would rather have gotten my good quality products.
Hoping the Christmas rush is just causing them to crap the bed and they’ll return to form after the new year

Shipping!!! When will my order arrive? It’s been 19 days, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, guess not! And don’t get me started on the tracking, what kind of tracking is that, all it tells me is that my order has been received, well has it shipped and if so where is it? Kinda disappointed, I expected more! Lesson learned won’t be shopping on this site anymore.

I ordered 12/2 and still haven’t received any shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed and no response. But was charged already with no product delivered.

If I could give 0 on rating I would. I placed an order on 12/5 and it’s almost Christmas, I still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer service they never replied to my email there’s no phone number to call. Place is a scam I called my bank to dispute this charge. Now I’m left to try to find a last minute Christmas gift. Never again will I shop here.

Never replied to support questions, improper shipping label, and 3 weeks without my item (3-5 days shipping). Based on the reviews there are more bad then good experiences.

Placed an order 12/5 and it still hasn’t come. Customer services takes days to reply and all they do is say they escalated my tracking concern. My concern is not that the tracking number isn’t working. It is! It just saying ordered processed. Nothing about shipping or when it’s coming. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I guess not. Very disappointed.

Ordered box on Dec 3rd, still not shipped and website said it would take 5 days to ship - 3 weeks later the order still says in process. So scrambling last min for a gift. Customer Service was of little help, said they were busy filling orders - feels like a scam at this point
