There are some reason for my review point:
First, I decided to cancel my plan and wait for the money back
* About the support:
- The first one: was trying to told me to using the VPN, look like he didnt let me cancel it at all, he did not look like he is ready for my money back guarantee term, so I gave up and keep trying the VPN a little bit more. But after using I found more and more things frustrated ( not suit my own work ) so I tried the second time.
- The second one sound not polite, he is rush, and sound lazy. I am OK but I have never experienced a conversation with such unprofessional support staff. But finally I can send my money back request to them to process ( in 14days - but they never sent any notification and I feel like Im being tricked )
* About the quality of program:
- For Phone: I have used to play PES by using Turbo VPN a few years ago and it was ok, my need was just can connect to the internet and change the Country. Server
- For Windows/ MacOS: lately I bought a plan to use all the countries they serve, but after giving a try for 14days, there are problem:
+ There is not that much Countries server they write, only a few country can connect, it switches, some time France, US can connect, sometimes UK and NL can connect, and of course some popular as Free version also has is always avaiable. But that is quite frustrated.
+ If there is a country I choose can not connect this time, it is auto switches to another country ( often Philippines ) without asking, sometimes I didn't realize that I was just connecting to Philippines all the times althought I switched the VPN so usually.
+ The process on Windows device is too slow, every time I connect it takes 10 or more seconds to load the connect process ( almost VPN service are faster, just only 1 second ), and after waiting for that longer time and even the result is : "not connected, disconected, unsucessful connect;.etc". I decided to never use it again, at least for my own NEED.
