Terrible company and just they are crafty and fraudulent
As the TrustPilot I need to trust you as a student working on Iran history for my dissertation who bought a VPN with their promising to provide me with Irans' servers. They promised me to keep the servers for me at any time and they said if there is not going to have any servers available, the would return the fees I have paid. Now that there is no Iran servers on their servers list, they are refusing to return my money in order to buy from other providers. The server has not been working from the second day of purchasing and after following up this issue for a couple of chats with their team through online chat, they totally removed Iran servers from their lists.
I am a student and I do not have money to buy any other services from other providers. Please give me a hand.
Now I am helpless and need a hand to get my money back. I hope my sound to be heard. My Turbo vpn's user ID 272075345
