Very quick and easy to follow, even for visitors from outside of Germany. Only minor gripe was that it was not possible to download the digital pass to my Apple wallet.

The pass is good, but it does not guarantee the availability of bookings, even when reserved well in advance. Sometimes, bookings are cancelled at the last moment despite being confirmed. Overall,... See more

Booking of places was direct and easy. Confirmation letter was received instantly. Only issue was time slot given was constrained as last slot given was much earlier than closing time. Therefore, was challenging to slot in most places I wanted to visit in 2Days.

Not easy to compare with other passes as prices for optional items are not shown on front page

You still need to stand in line for a paper ticket at every venue. Buy the city pass thru official site. Not from Turbopass.

Gut! But still required time to exchange ticket at “Ticket Kasse” in oder to get the admission ticket

The CityPass offered by TurboPass is not what it claims to be. Some venues have a mandatory booking a slot requirement which is not mentioned on the CityPass where the direct instructions are that you can simply walk in. Not as described. Also you arr being completely ripped off by using the pass on a Sunday when most museums only cost one euro to enter. Avoid this pass. It is a scam!!

It was really quick to book and showed exactly what we would get on the Turbopass.

It works well, and the pricing is good. Just make sure to put in right date if you are ordering the pass, they use days not hours so if you are buying a pass don't be like me, I bought a 3 day pass on a Friday evening thinking it would be working until Monday evening, but no the city pass ends on Sunday and train tickets end on Monday morning.

Everything went well and the booking was done well, and communication via chat was also responsive, and everything was great. I recommend it to others and give it a high score.

Did order three-day tickets for the next day, but it started today (22.00). I hope this gets fixed.
Update: It got fixed very quickly. Thank you

This hasn’t worked out good value for me. Things I thought were covered, I.e. the arena tour at the Allianz stadium is not covered and I felt it wasn’t clear in the pass that it is the museum only which is covered. Also there is no app for the Munich pass so you have to keep accessing it through a link in your email. I hindsight I would not of bought the 4 day pass as I did, as I think to get the value out of a consecutive day pass you need to keep doing a lot of sites day after day. For example one day in the middle of our trip we went to Therme Erding so whilst we had the public transport covered we didn’t use the pass otherwise that day.

Everything is well explained. It was very easy to find what I wanted and the reservation process very simple. Payment method was safe and immediate confirmation by mail.

The app is super easy to navigate and after purchase the instructions are very clear and easy to follow.
It would have been better if I had know ahead of time which tickets had to be picked up in person - like the public transport tickets.
It would also have helped to have a built in map/scheduler to help plan an efficient attack of all the possible activities.

Really easy to use app and saved me lots of money on attractions in Rome. Would definitely recommend for any tourist.

We fit in everything we could, and it would have cost us less to go without the pass. We did a 7 day stay, with airport transfer, without public transport and removed vatican (booked a separate tour). We did the colosseum, roman forum, palatine hill, castel sant'angelo, vicus caprarius, stadio di domizaino, case rome del celio, the catacombs tour, palazzo barberini, Ostia Antica, and the airport transfer. It would have cost us less to pay for each of these individually. Also, when we went to pick up our pass for the pantheon they were quite rude, and insisted we could only pick it up the day of. Due to this we chose not to make the 30min walk back to pick up the pass. We also received rude behavior from the reception staff at palazzo barberini, they didn't want to accept the pass.
Overall it's a lot of hoops to jump through and not a very good value.

My wife & i visited Munich where we discovered the munich card app. However , there is a bug on there ordering system . We ordered the munich card with travel passes. Both of us double checked the order ( thinking the price is too good to be true ) but as it was Black Friday week we went ahead . When the card arrived by email there is no travel pass attached . In hindsight it is advisable to screen shot the order prior to purchase to prove any anomalies . They need to investigate why this is happening . For the record , we both use online apps & passes throughout our days Both home and abroad so , we are not novices .
