Convenient pass
The pass gives you access to lots of attractions. Bear in mind that the tickets are basic, no guides or audio guides. You can choose morning or afternoon but expect 09.00-10.00 for booked morning tickets. Also, once booked you can't change them. A map showing where they all are would be handy. It's cheaper to pay as you go but this pass encouraged us get the most from our trip.

ordering was simple, but it would be better if there was a way to tell if I was saving money or not. If there was a way of indicating what I would be interested in seeing and what the cost of those venues would be all in one place, then I could compare that to the cost of the turbo pass

Showing what was included was great.
The payment form was not working properyl I was able to use PayPal, but the card entry method did not work (and I 100% entered the right card information and code).
More details on how it works with multiple parties who may not do the same activities would be helpful to provide.

I don't know how is it in other cities
I don't know how is it in other cities, but definitely for Naples it doesn't worth. Also it's not user friendly: 1) Not transparent how you can even cancel it, once paid (yeah, they say 'we have in our Terms', but that's not good enough: core srevice and payment related maters should be clearly explaind and visualized). 2) No additional srevices offer, even if a major one is discontinued... Novidea how the application is working as there is only a 'log in' option. 3) They provide you a simple web app, which is not properly certified...
Bottom line, it's a no go! I am stil fighting with them to get my money back.

It was easy to buy the pass however after reserving the tickets confirmation of the actual tickets are taking too long. I would like to have the tickets before departure and am not comfortable receiving it 3 days before the event

The pricing structure wasn't very clear for us. We eventually worked it out by altering length of pass and number of visitors. Ie by trial and error

Digital Pass Inconsistent
The link I received to access my pass did not work consistently. I had to go through customer service to get my link to work properly. Which now works, but only on certain browsers. Sometimes does not load at all.

Very misleading informations about the…
Very misleading informations about the public transport.
Entrance tickets for Acropolis museum was complicated, it took 20 minutes to get in while 3 coworkers were checking my turbopass ticket.
I would never but this turbopass ticket again. For me it's a misleading tourist trap.

Easy, saves time and money
Really easy to use. Definitely saved us some time and money. All online, so much easier than having to find where to get a physical pass. The only physical thing to carry around was the paper receipt from the Hop on Hop off pass. We paid extra for the travel pass too but ended up not using it, as Athens is fairly walkable and we used the Hop on Hop off bus for most of what we needed, there are 3 routes included. Worth noting that the Hop on pass is 24/48 hours from time of use so if you activate it later in the day, you can get another morning from it.
The sites are confusing in Athens are there are a few different sites within the different parts. This pass doesn't cover Hadrian's library etc. but does cover everything within the Parthenon and Acropolis area. The other key parts can be accessed for €20 (at time of writing).
Also worth noting that travel pass doesn't cover from the airport. (You can still tap on and off). Travel is quite cheap anyway and you can tap on tap off with a debit/credit card (assuming it covers abroad spend).
The Acropolis Museum (included) is worth seeing too.

Booking of places was direct and easy. Confirmation letter was received instantly. Only issue was time slot given was constrained as last slot given was much earlier than closing time. Therefore, was challenging to slot in most places I wanted to visit in 2Days.
