Booked a 48hour hop on/off bus for my recent visit to Rome.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of information and availability of the service. In fact I didn’t see one bus as we walked aimlessly around looking for the bus and bus stops shown on the App. I would not recommend this bus service.

Best tourist pass option
We researched all options of visitor's passes for Rome and decided this best suited our needs.
Using the website was easy. We decided to go for two separate days and because the first day we had booked the Colosseum on the second day it altered our pass to the cheaper one for the Vatican.
We have still yet to visit Rome so we cannot comment on it's usage yet.

Ordering process
Ordering process rating only - very easy to select the location, view the relevant products and add-ons as well as the pricing for various changes. Only minor thing I noted was I ended up paying in a different currency to my home currency - I think this was easy to change I just hadn't taken note of the website settings. May have automatically assumed it was the same as the location of the turbopass.

Value for Money
If your young and fit would recomend to buy the full pack and enjoy all the benefits! We were there in January and got the 2 day pack (plus sightseeing) and managed to visit about 12-13 places with organising in advance! The best would be the 3 day pack but we didint have time.
