This is my second purchase from TurboRocks, and both times Steve and his team have been excellent from purchase to use. Steve responds in a timely, professional and friendly manner to all my questions. The rocker plates are shipped quickly, and the quality is always excellent. Even though I live in the USA, I will be a lifelong supporter of TurboRocks products as they are one of the few companies that have provided both amazing customer service and a terrific product-and not just before purchase but long after.

The board rocks! So much more comfortable and engaging than riding without.

It arrived (in the US) with minor cosmetic blemishes that were entirely the fault of the shipper but functionality was not affected.

Received the TurboRocks Realplate and installed it 2 days ago. Did a small ride to check it out. It’s nice to have some lateral movement. I found it very challenging to stay balanced evenly with both balls inflated to the max. I have temporarily installed a couple tennis balls on either side between the plates for some more support. The product was built and shipped quickly. Good quality product. Getting the Kickr Core trainer tie downs bolted was troublesome as it was had to get my hands between the plates to thread down the bolts. I managed by jacking up the back end and holding on side down with a kettlebell to give me more accessible space in the other to thread on the bolts. The customer service was great. About to go give it a longer ride this afternoon. Thanks for a good product and good customer service.

Awesome product, service, and support!

I bought the compact version and it fits the kickr bike perfectly! Movement feels great! Recommend for anyone in Europe shipping was crazy fast and priced reasonably and import was not too bad.

Natural feel. No trainer fatigue, only the fatigue of hours of hard riding. Absolutely worth the cost.

Great customer service as always and helped fast with custom issue.
My Rockerplate is still running great after 4 years with heavy use. I highly recommend.

Had a excellent customer experience from start to finish from TurboRocks. Steven replied quickly to my initial email asking a few questions and provided additional information. When I placed an order a few weeks later, he followed up via email to confirm recieved and that would build and ship in next few days. For which was honoured with me receiving the products just a few working days later. I also recieved an email stating how to set up and some links to useful videos on riding techniques.
The product (Spin React model) so far has been brilliant. The product is really well made and of great quality.
My smart bike Wattbike Proton) fits perfectly and feels very secure. I am still getting properly used to it and have tried adjusting the pressure in balls a few times to gauge feel. Having less pressure with more movement seems to be best for me.
I can already really feel the
difference on longer rides with less muscle and butt aches. So overall I am very happy customer and would recommend TurboRocks to anybody looking for a rocker plate. Thanks Steven/TurboRocks team 👍

The Realplate React has transformed my indoor training. I can now do >2 hour rides comfortably whereas before I was struggling with anything beyond an hour. Customer service is great too. I struggled to work out how to secure the velcro straps properly, and Steve promptly sent me a video explaining it clearly. Highly recommended.

I ride a lot and constantly have a sore bottom. This has helped almost immediately in that department. Set up did require a little more air in the balls than I expected from your instructions, but that was quickly figured out. It is a delight to ride this way. I am quickly getting used to standing on the bike as well but that’s coming a little slower.
The shipping to the states was amazingly fast. I do appreciate that it was all put together and that had very good instructions. Thanks for everything.

Steven has been fantastic during the sales process and proactive in anyway. The realplate react is a fantastic product. It will give your indoor biking another dimension.

Easy transaction. Quick shipping even across the pond. Well packaged. I especially appreciated the plastic outer wrap as it was raining on delivery day.

I had a Great experience with everything from the Quick Customer Service from Steve with his responses to any questions I had and I had plenty, to the fast and well packaged delivery of my RealPlate React. Setup was mostly straight forward.
It took a few rides to get the bladders just right, but once you find it you know it and then you enjoy the ride. I can say my hips feel better after riding and the rides feels much more comfortable.

Excellent product support before buying. Quick delivery and very well packaged. A good quality product that does exactly what it advertises.
