Again, this is the 3rd time I have messaged you in regards to my order purchased on the Wednesday the 24th September. No-one has bothered to return my queries so I decided to purchase elsewhere. Guess what? yes, their order came the very next day. To say your customer services is terrible is a under-statement, its actually no existent so you cant grade it. What a complete rip-off. DO NOT USE.

If I could put zero stars I would. Order made in February 2025 and still not received my products. Numerous emails sent without reply. Almost £50 out of pocket. AVOID. DO NOT USE.

Product arrived not even a third full and email ignored when asked to have this refunded. Avoid!!!!!!

Arrived quickly however I have a feeling this is just saline...three weeks in - using the product as per instructions combined with sunbeds and now currently in Spain.. don't waste your money. Also product was past the use by date (if that makes a difference)

Everyone’s experience is different I have received my package every time you just had to be a bit patient only problem is they’ve not been taking orders for a good while now and I’m so disappointed cuz I need them 💔🥲 best and most affordable nasal tanners I have ever used don’t waste your money on the expensive ones

Stay away from turbotan they Take ur money and u don't get the item you paid for and when u email them they ignore you and when they do eventually reply ther nothing but rude they shud b reported for stealing peoples money they are a joke

I ordered 3 bottles and got sent 2. My email for resolution was ignored. Product works but still a rip off. Won’t use them again.

Sent item and it had leaked into packaging. Unable to use product - promised a refund but haven’t heard back since. Had to escalate with paypal.

Very difficult to get new product or refund
Avoid
