The platform is very buggy, which is not what I want out of something that funnels thousands of dollars a month.

In the past, the free version was pretty good, and the paid version was inexpensive, which made it a good choice. It seems that is no longer the case. I recently downgraded to the free version, and now, to do an adendum to a lease that has been with TurboTenant for months, I have to pay $120 to upgrade. I'm obviously not going to do that as I'm trying to get away from TurboTenant, but now I feel like they're holding my lease hostage.

It also took a lot of effort to get in touch. Their automated chat told me I couldn't talk to a person because that also costs $120. It told me to email, and then told me I couldn't email. Eventually, I found an email link, but I still had to fight automated responses to get to a human.

The software is very user-friendly and designed with landlords in mind. It saves me time by keeping everything organized in one place and reduces the stress of managing financial records manually.
