I didn’t have to much issue except copying the multiple dogs in from application to the lease agreement for pets. Also, had to have CoPilot determine how heavy the new tenant trucks and change weight of parked vehicles which shows one ton limit and change it to 3ton.

TurboTenant makes being a landlord so easy!

This app is reasonably priced easy to use and has a great interface for the renter.

Super helpful, and offers basic version for free

TurboTenant has made managing my rental smooth and simple. I can communicate with tenants, conduct screenings, securely collect payment, generate leases, and more all in one spot. I was hesitant about becoming a landlord, but TurboTenant gave me a boost of confidence and helped me make the plunge!

Other than a few minor glitches, such as having to reload a few times while working in the app on Windows 11, everything seems to work verygood.
Another pet peeve of mine is that if TurboTenant is going to send a request for the review to my email. Then, if I do decide to fill that out, the very least that TurboTenant can do is pre-fill my email and contact information at the end of the request. Nobody likes wasted redundancy.

The software is great and very easy to use. It gives you everything you need. All the forms, contracts, credit checks, referrals from previous landlord and more. As a landlord, it's all I need.

This app has been very great and helping me contact potential renters on a very timely fashion

I was searching the internet for the top 5 websites to help find potential tenants. I chose 3 and Turbo tenant was 1 or the 3. I went to the website and tried to navigate it out by myself but I couldn't. I found a customer rep. number and left a message. I received a call from a rep within 2 business days. He answered all my questions and helped me finish the listing. He told me if I had any other issues to please call him back.I called him a couple of other times and he would always call me back within 24 hours. Bottom line both rentals were Turbo tenant applicants. I think that this company has exceptional customer service reps and the website is very helpful to find potential applicants that meet my criteria. I have recommended this company to any person I know who is considering moving to another rental. A+ in my personal experience. This was in September 2024 & November 2024
