I received several possible tenants.

My experience with Turbotenant keeps getting better. I had a problem getting a screening report the other day. I called customer service and they had it fixed in a couple minutes. Signed up with TT’s Accounting partner this week.

This is a response to TurboTenant’s reply to my review dated December 1, 2025,
Thank you for responding, but the explanation you provided doesn’t match the facts or the public court record.
The eviction case for this applicant was not dismissed, and it was not sealed. It was an active eviction filing with publicly accessible records at the time the screening report was generated on June 5, 2025. The sealing law didn’t take effect until July 1, 2025, and even under that law, this case does not qualify for automatic suppression.
Your reply also states that “only eviction convictions can be included,” but eviction cases do not have “convictions.” They are civil filings. Standard tenant screening reports routinely include eviction filings and judgments, not criminal convictions.
Your reply stated that my formal complaint was “escalated internally” and that someone would contact me within two (2) business days.
It has now been more than four (4) business days, and no one has contacted me. That follow-up has still not happened.
I love the program, makes it easy to track and collect rent payments. I love the ability to market properties thru one platform. I look forward to interacting REI Hub and doing away with QuickBooks.

I’m a landlord who tried TurboTenant because they advertise “free” listings, but the experience has been frustrating and disappointing from the start.
Support is basically nonexistent unless you pay.
The free version only gives you an automated bot, which is useless. My listing never went live after two days, and I couldn’t reach an actual human. I finally paid the $119 for “premium support” just to get someone to look into it.
When I asked why my property wasn’t posted, they told me they were “waiting for the validations department” to confirm I was the property owner—even though I had already uploaded clear proof of ownership. No explanation and no clear timeline.
The listing exposure was also extremely poor.
My property is well-priced, and I’m getting steady inquiries from Zillow and Facebook Marketplace. Yet I received only one inquiry from TurboTenant in three weeks. Their marketing claims simply don’t match the real-world results.
Trying to cancel auto-renewal created another headache.
The mobile app doesn’t show the option, and after three emails back and forth, support kept directing me to screens that don’t exist on mobile. I finally logged in on my laptop and found the page they meant—but when I tried to turn off auto-renew, the system wouldn’t let me because I had an “active subscription.” That logic makes no sense, and it left me feeling stuck.
A support agent has now offered to manually deactivate auto-renewal on their end, so at least I won’t need to cancel my credit card—but this should not be such a difficult process.
Overall, TurboTenant has been an expensive waste of time and money.
The software is clunky, support is slow and confusing, and the listing performance is far worse than every other platform I use. I strongly recommend landlords look elsewhere.

This website has successfully launched my investment property ownership and journey as a landlord for the past four years. Its marketing program helped me find two amazing renters, never had a vacancy, the payment portal is seamless and quickly deposits rent payments from the renters, the accounting software is easy to use and makes tax time a breeze, and facilitates easy communication with tenants when there are maintenance issues. All for a very reasonable price!

I paid $55.00 for an application fee to Turbo Tenant, only to find out that the property was already rented. I contacted Turbo Tenant within 30 minutes to explain the situation. They assured me that they would consider giving me a refund do to the circumstances, but two days later refused to do so. As a potential renter there is no way of knowing if a property is still available when it is listed. Turbo Tenant should be willing to refund the application fee in situations like this.

This website is glitchy and the customer service is terrible. I am a tenant/applicant and the application page would not save many of my answers, I had to update my application several times to make the answers stick. I have not been able to submit the application to the landlord because of a flaw in the website's system. I reached out to customer support and it seemed like I was going to be able to make progress, but then they closed out my conversation with them when I didn't respond within 5 hours because I was at work. Terrible.

This is a GREAT platform. It allows me to do everything I need to do. Create leases, collect rents, and advertise properties. I highly recommend it

Turbotenant dumbed down the interface to the point that it is near fun in place of the tediousness expected of both the app and the work of landlording. Genius intuitive engineering on the part of the design team to understand the minds of simple laymen landlords in trying to navigate both the issues of the job as well working our way thru your site. Bravo and thankyou. Kudos to your marketing as well. Big big help. One feature I need is to account for tenants that pay 6 months in advance, but covers most everything else beautifully. Thank you

Highly recommend this for landlords and tenants - it helps manage the rental lifecycle from beginning to end. I’ve been using it for years and can’t recommend TurboTenant enough.

I must confess, I’m an Assoc. Broker in S.F. My property is in NV. I was unable to locate a property mgmt firm to assist with my up and coming rental. So in the meantime I decided to clean up the property and dreading the renting process. During my downtime i started scrolling through Facebook and Turbo tenant came up. Ignoring the sign I kept going forward, looking at leases and rent signs. Scrolling through Facebook again Turbo tenet came up again and I decided to click on it, it was free to go through the process and I was so happy with this because I received two applications right away and then another three applications and then two more and then another one. Then i decided that this was easy. I picked my renter and totally went through this platform to communicate with her. The application, the screening is done through this platform ready to use and paid for by the applicant. The lease, deposits and the rent goes through this platform. This is a fantastic platform for anyone you don’t even have to know how to use the platform it guide you l. since then I have referred this platform to one of my clients and he is totally happy with it. I had another client, I told her about it. Not sure if she signed up yet because her property wasn’t ready to be rented. I’ll do a follow up. This is the best platform ever! I highly recommend this for anyone who is attempting to rent their properties.

Great app! I’m a new “landlord” and TurboTenant has made it so easy! I highly recommend their service!

Everything is very good. However, it would be nice if you would offer a monthly membership instead of a yearly for screening prospective tenants.

I have been using turbo tenant software/Saas for several years. The solution is an outstanding choice for small to medium sized enterprises. There are multiple tiers of options to choose from, with each adding different benefits. The platform is updated often. The customer service team is responsive. And the solution is comprehensive. They also have partnered with a number of different firms to offer you value added services, such as accounting, home warranties and other professional services. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very easy to use system.i like that you handle so much of the process.

Web site laid out by someone who knows how to be user friendly. That is unusual in 2025.

I started with the intro paid account to "test the waters", but immediately ran into issues. After paying One-Hundred and Twenty Dollars for the service, I tried to create an ad and was limited to one thousand characters or less. This meant I had to cut a substantial portion of my narration out and there was no other way to supplement that information without paying for a more expensive account. The other issue was the pictures were limited to twenty, upon initial creation of the ad. You could add more, but you had to complete the process, THEN come back and add more pics. I didn't waste my time going back. I have used ALL of the free services and found them superior. No word or pic limits, all of the accounting needs I have required, service requests from the tenants, online payments, and the background checks of the free account I used (Apartments.com) has been FAR superior to anything else I have found. Lease creation, with state specific suggestions, etc. are all included FOR FREE! Not to mention some of the best customer service I found for any product anywhere. This was a monstrous disappointment and a HUGE waste of my hard earned One-Hundred and Twenty Dollars.
Reply to below response.
I asked for my money back, but you wouldn't do that so , no, I will not return to your over-priced and limited service.
