I live in the UK, I purchased a Turfmatic last year through a company called Expressgrass.com. I used it once last year and then again earlier this year. I hadn't had it on long when there was a smell of burning from the motor and the machine stopped working. I had bought the Turfmatic just over a year before this happened so not sure whether the warranty was one or two years I contacted Expressgrass who told me to contact turfmatic via their website. I have written to Turfmatic THREE times regarding this and have never received a reply.
Unbelievably poor service from this US company for their UK customers.

We never received any updates from Turfmatic regarding the shipping progress. We still have not received our Turfmatic so I cannot review its performance.

I have some Mesquite trees that are continually dropping litter on my turf and was hoping that the Turfmatic could whisk these away. However, the Turfmatic struggles to capture this type of debris into the catcher bag and as soon as you turn the machine off it just drops them in a pile. I also have a putting green that I was hoping to brush, but found it difficult to get a good height setting so resorted back to my leaf blower for cleaning this area. All in all, the Turfmatic has not really solved my issue or saved me any time over what I was doing previously.

Product is great, but can't really do the major leaf pickup job I was hoping for. I think it will be perfect for summer and spring clean up...

This is a must have if you have synthetic grass. My only request would be to develop a cordless option.

I like my turfmatic when it works, it picks up leaves and debris beautifully and leaves a nice groomed look to the turf. Unfortunately, it stops working after it has been on for about 10 minutes. I need to let it rest for 30 minutes or so, then I can use it again. I emailed the company and received a prompt reply asking for more information. If they are able to solve my problem, I will update my review to 5 stars.

This machine is great if you are only wanting to clean up leaves and pine needles. Dog hair does get picked up, however, the hair gets completely wrapped around the brush roller bearings because there is no guard over the bearings. The hair gets caught and causes the motor to overheat

We needed some help cleaning our artificial turf from leaves and small seed pods and purchased the Turfmatic 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 2 in 1-1800w. It is working great! It's a bit loud, but does the job. It not only saves us cleanup time, but does a better job than our hand rake and blower. We do recommend it for sweeping and raking up the leaves. BTW this is not a vacuum, it's a stiff plastic rotating brush.

I am hoping that the shipping issue is resolved and my original order is on its way and the new order for 2 new belts will follow soon. Mike

This product worked way better that expected. I have a lot of Pine trees around the outside of my yard and usually takes a hour to blow them off. Now, 20 minutes and it looks like a new yard. Wish I would have bought this along time ago !!

The Turfmatic 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 2 in 1 works very well on my turf. It arrived quickly and I rapidly put it into action and it worked very well to remove embedded leaves from my turf.

Before I purchased the Turfmatic, I used a rake and a blower. This combination was hard work. The Turfmatic is quick and effective.

Shuts off after less than five minutes of use on the highest setting.

The whole experience was great. The sales staff gave honest advice based on our needs and put us in a product that has been very successful!

Ok had a company come give me an estimate the cost was that of this and this does a better job.As I can see so far love it! Can get anything done. Found other use other than the grass. Patio area for extra points. On the correct deck setting

As a company, you guys did great. You were responsive to emails and even sent me a discount code! I bought the Turfmatic 600 for my large back yard that has a lot of turf. I found that the design of the Turfmatic could use some improvements. For example, the front side (the does not extend down low enough which causes a LOT of debris to get "kicked" out to the front. I'd say about 60% kicks to the back, like it's supposed to. The rest gets shot out to the front and even the sides. I was constantly battling against myself and my efforts, going back and forth over the same 2-3 feet at a time to get my turf clean. It was a lot of exausting work.

To combat this, I cut out a piece of cardboard and duct taped it to the front. I cut the cardboard so it would hang down the front side to about 1/2 inch above the turf as I used the machine. This DRASTICALLY stopped the debris from being kicked out the front. I also cut side pieces in the same fashion and attached them in the same manner.

Without the cardboard attachments I made, I would not recommend this product. However, with some scrap cardboard attached with duct tape, it worked very well and I would recommend it. I recommend the manufacturer re-engineer this tool and add metal front and side "flaps" attached with hinges. If the manufacturer did this, then the machine would be quite efficient.
