I called regarding a very sensitive anonymous police allegation and the man I spoke with was too busy to offer advice. Called another number under another Google search as I was desperately searching for support and the same man answered saying “haven't you just called, bye bye” and the hung up the phone. Very rude and unhelpful service. Don’t waste your time.

He couldn't have been more unbothered in helping me if I'd have paid him.
Diabolical attitude and offered no help whatsoever.

Absolute rubbish.. The advisor I spoke to was very vague and not helpful. I felt like I was disturbing him and that he didn’t want to speak with me. I asked about assistance with removal costs, he said that in his experience, he can’t remember any grants being offered for this. He didn’t even attempt to search. Things change all the time how does he really know without searching? He advised me to contact CAB or my local council. I asked him if CAB are telephone only, he didn’t know that information either. Getting through to speak to someone is another conversation for another day. The automated switchboard system is a joke, very frustrating.

Absolute waste of your time, just send you round in circles, talk about grants but they are so elusive you will waste half the day trying to get a grant that never existed in the first place, not helpful at all, they easily take money for donations but getting the grant is a whole new ball game you will definitely lose
