Bought a shirt and arrived but the collar was discoloured with highlights of pink (on a blue shirt). Returns process was tricky as wouldn’t provide a qr code for return so had to print a label. Short returned snd heard nothing - no acknowledgement at all. Couldn’t email as kept getting bounced back. Phone call just to voicemail no response. Phoned head office - no complaints dept! Ended up speaking to hR who organised a refund when I’d asked for a replacement shirt. Total shambles

Great company with high quality shirts.The only thing is that I noticed a price increase on the rtw shirts.They cost you now 515 euro instead of the 400 something last a few weeks ago.

I have worn T&A shirts for 30 years, but recently their service has deteriorated significantly.
I placed one order for a shirt in stock, then after waiting several days for delivery, my order my cancelled because the item wasn't actually in stock.
I ordered another shirt which arrived but didn't fit. I e-mailed to ask about this, and did not receive any reply.
I placed an order for 2 shirts over a week ago, with 2 day delivery. My order hasn't arrived and is still processing.
What has happened to this once great brand?

William was incredibly helpful and gave great advice. Really relaxing experience and I normally hate shopping.

James Cooke is absolutely brilliant, fabulous manner, knowledge and customer service.
Having spent £2,000 on 4 shirts I would have liked a coffee or tea. Joking apart disappointed to see other staff struggling with the new till software system. Detracted from the whole experience of elegance and sophistication which I usually find in the company after being a customer for over 25 years.

they sent the wrong size. it is the fifth time it happened. inside of the trousers was written 32, outside was written 40. I bought them as a 40. Nobody cared to check, nobody apologised. the internet service is a smear on T&A reputation

I bought this present for my husband's birthday. He was really impressed with the whole presentation. The box in which it arrived is magnificent - almost a show piece with Turnbull and Asser written inside. It was beautifully packaged in wrapping that is far too good to discard. In fact the present was such a success that I may have to place a follow up order!

I had been looking for a smart leather card holder and was delighted to find exactly what I was looking for on the Turnbull and Asser website. The delivery was within two days as promised and came in a very nice box with the care and attention I would expect from a first class store. Thank you!

Everything is ok - good. Prices are high. Some good products are not available for a "too" long time.

The two waist coats I purchased are a Christmas present for my husband.

Recent Visit to Turnbull & Asser – Jermyn Street

I recently visited your Jermyn Street store to look for a shirt and wanted to share my experience, entering, I was greeted with the statement: “Our shirts start from £275.00, Sir!”.
While I appreciate your brand’s reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail, this interaction felt more like a judgment based on my appearance rather than an effort to assist me as a customer. I was wearing a large outdoor coat and a simple woollen hat—practical for the weather—but I certainly did not expect this to influence the level of service I received.
I believe that exceptional customer service should reflect the same care and precision that goes into your products. A more welcoming and informative approach would have left a far better impression.
I hope you take this feedback constructively, as I value the heritage and quality associated with Turnbull & Asser.
