Very courteous staff from Inverness Branch. Always happy to help and pretty quick on answering our emails. The communication with them was very simple even if I was oversea.
I’ve rent the Golf GTI during a port day in Invergordon while on a cruise. The car was spotless (1100 miles, very clean). They brought the car up to the port and I’ve left it by the port entrance at the end of the day. Very practical and time efficient.

Very smooth process. We booked a VW Golf by making a call from India before we intended to travel. They offered a pick-up from our hotel at Inverness to their office in central town. Paperwork was easy and the car was ours for the next 4 days. The car was in top-notch condition. The return was equally smooth, where they inspected the car carefully for any scratches/dents.

At least it should be five stars...easy booking, friendly staff, great car, valuable price, good handling. But unfortunately the delivery was delayed so we lost approx. 1 1/2 hours.

Turner Car Hire delivered a almost new very clean car at the agreed time. The handover was swift & simple. Drop off was easy and an email accepting back the car was delivered within an hour. The price was competitive. I could ask no more.

Recently hired a van for two days and we were very happy with the service. Picking up and dropping off the van was quick and easy.

I hired two vehicles. I minibus for Scouts and a van to take the gear.
When they brought them round the van had a flat tyre and had to be replaced with a vehicle that hadn’t been cleaned. Not a massive problem. I drove the minibus out and the warning light for low tyre pressure lit up. I returned the vehicle and got the tyre checked. No sign of damage and was sent away with an electric pump just in case. When I got 1.5 hrs away and stopped the tyre was flat. Luckily the pump worked and I go the bus to a garage that was open in a rural location on a Saturday afternoon.
My point was that the vehicles should be carefully checked before release. That sensor was certainly flashing before I took the vehicle away.
I am sure I was unlucky but be careful to check all vehicles thoroughly before taking them out.

Easy to arrange van rental with the enquiry facility and email confirmation came back quickly. Van was exactly what we needed and rental was reasonable. Would definitely be hiring from there again when we need another van.

Staff were helpful and accommodating, quick turnaround on checking on pick up and drop off.
