Booked a car via rentalcars with Turner Hire Drive Inverness. No answer to phone calls and on day of collection the branch was closed. 3 weeks later and still no response to email or phone calls. Rentalcars is still awaiting confirmation the car was not picked up so my money is still being held by turner hire.

Fantastic customer service, very smooth process to rent a van or a car. Have used Turners’s a few times, would 100% recommend.

Hired a large van to move house. The staff in the office were very thorough explaining each vehicle type to help me decide which was best suited to my requirements

Extremely mixed messages from the rental company - apparently Government guidelines state vehicles must face a 2 week quarantine period if been abroad.

The business is profiteering on the back of the current situation. There is no valid reason for the vehicle to sit empty for 2 weeks.

Common sense does not prevail with this business & no logic followed.

Vehicle can be cleaned & handed back without coming into contact.

Cheaper than the rest, the van was in good nick and well presented, and worked fine. Happy to deal with them again.

They have amazing and friendly staff. He also guided us with local tourist places that can be visited and provided us with helpful tips.
Made us feel so welcomed and went extra miles to provide amazing customer service.
I will highly recommend him if you are looking to a rent vehicle when in Scotland (Edinburgh).

Easy and convenient way to rent a car close to Harbor for a day trip during your cruise.

Car clean and well equipped. Car delayed enroute to collection but collection fee waived

Car was delivered to us at the cruise terminal. All on time and very smooth, amazingly friendly and helpful staff and very fair prices. Car was well equipped. So really no complaints but only compliments.

Excellent service. Collected us from hotel and we were able to leave car at the hotel. Car checks were thorough and any little marks noted. Very reasonable price for a nippy little car. Would definitely recommend Turners and will be using them again.
