We've had several vehicles off Tuner Hiredrive, including commercial and passenger vehicles and we've always been extremely satisfied. The vehicles have been spot-on and the staff are always professional and courteous.

Second time I have used Turner's and…
Second time I have used Turner's and not a great experience compared to the last.
The main issue was that the website allowed me to book a van with a return time of 1pm on a Saturday and so I organised my day around this. However, prior to pick up I spoke to the local depot and was told it will close promptly at 12 and last check in would be 11:30. Totally threw out my plans and caused undue stress with doing multiple trips on a Saturday morning.
Also checking out the vehicle took over half an hour as there were 2 people ahead of me, neither of whom had the correct paperwork. I was then shown to a large van with orange flashing lights on the roof even though I booked a medium van that I needed to get in to the local recycling centre. It took a while longer to change the paperwork and was given a van that hadn't been cleaned (which I accepted as needed to drop stuff at the tip...)
