Great service. Vehicle was clean, tidy and in good condition. All prices were reasonable, including the excess mileage.

All has gone well with rental but almost 1 week gone by and still waiting for my deposit to be returned. I visited the local office this morning and have to follow up tomorrow with them.

We rented a van from the Glasgow depot for a day's removals to the Borders. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient and the van was clean and ready to go. Dropping the van back the following morning was equally easy. We had overrun the allowed mileage a little but were told it wasn't enough to matter and weren't charged any extra - very good. The depot is easy to find off the M8 and the surrounding area is not very congested so it's all so easy. Price was very competitive. Would definitely use Turner again.

Nice people, trustfull

Hired a couple of vans for my adventures, first one was a bit dusty in the back, but if you tell them beforehand that you require a clean load-space that's what you'll get. It's all done professionally and quickly; you'll be on your way in no time.

Having notified Avis I would be 24 hours late due to a flight cancellation, I arrived in Inverness to find that they had given my car away. With no spare cars available this added yet a further set back to our Holiday. Understanding what we had been through, which was added to by having our 7 month old son, Sharon the branch manager pulled out all the stops to find us a car. That level of care and attention was lacking from Avis and we will remember this the next time we pass through Inverness.
