All I can say is misleading and scam, you shouldn’t have to pay to get your child trust fund and them asking for more money if you don’t pay is vile honestly. I didn’t end up going through with it I ignored them because I ended up finding it myself on one family, so they continued to search without me asking them to continue so that was there own choice. They failed to highlight that the free route via HMRC exists. many eligible customers are young and inexperienced, ASA found Turner Lewis may have taken advantage of their lack of knowledge. Several reviews claim people signed up without fully understanding the cost and later received unexpected invoices or felt pressured. If you’ve been asked to pay a fee when you’ve already claimed the fund, this is a red flag. The fact the ASA found their adverts misleading suggests there is risk of misunderstanding: consumers may believe the service is free or low-risk when there is a substantial fee if you proceed.

I applied just to see and then they said I needed more information so I left it, never gave them any and didn’t want them to carry on but they did anyway off their own back and they found the trust fund that I had already took out and they wanted a 25% charge of what ever you get in your trust fund but cause they found out I’ve already took it out they’re asking for £25 off me for doing something I already did so don’t use this, please use the government website which is free and easy to use learn off my mistakes and don’t use this company biggest scam ever!!! Please read the 1 star reviews too them 5 star reviews don’t seem legit notice how there’s barely any between 2,3,4 stars it’s because they’re not legit be aware and be carful with this scam of a company.

These people have conned my stepson. He received a letter saying he needed to pay them a fee of £420 which he didn’t sign up too. Him and his father rang them as my stepson is autistic and they have done nothing to resolve it and have threatened to send people to the door. We have had 2 unknown men knock at the door but we believe it to be associated with this company. Police have been notified. This company is disrespectful, disgusting and should be shut down aiming this at young people who don’t fully understand the concept of all this and just thinking of getting their free money that they are entitled to, but this company just wants to take it away from them

Would put zero if I could. They are and absolute SCAM. Have sent me a letter saying I owe them £420 for them literally just telling me the have located my trust fund have claimed they’ve tried to get in touch through email for a phone call as the didn’t have my number. Have been back and forth telling them I’m not gonna pay it on emails and they just sent the same thing saying I have to pay them and I’ve agreed to it which I haven’t. I haven’t even got my child trust fund so the can stop asking me to pay them as they’ve done nothing for me. Sorry if this made no sense but please don’t use them and get sucked in by a tiktok like me. The TikTok never stated you had to pay anything. Which as it’s something receive at a young age you should not have to pay this much especially when you haven’t even received it. DISGUSTING company don’t recommend at all.

First off, their adverts as many others, even law enforcement, agree are very misleading. Secondly at the end of a call I had with one of the employees I was passed onto someone else who I guess was a higher up after I explained the fee wasn’t clear and I shouldn’t have to pay. This person was extremely rude and completely unprofessional.
