I would give negative stars if I could. Purchased a custom tee, which I had to provide pictures of my face for. I paid for expedited shipping on the order as well. I never heard anything back after the order confirmation. I got no information on shipping, or updates on the making of my item. After emailing them and not getting a response, I asked my bank to dispute the funds and return it to me. It wasn't until then that I heard back from them saying that they can't issue a refund because the order is in process. AND still have not received it by now. DO NOT purchase from them. They are a scam.

This site is an absolute scam. I ordered some t-shirts at the end of July. A few days later, I got an order confirmation and tracking info — all seemed fine. Weeks went by, and nothing shipped. I emailed them to ask what was going on, and they claimed they couldn’t process the order because I didn’t provide the name and color. Are you kidding me? Those were required fields in the order form — obviously I filled them out. The order was confirmed, so the info was clearly there. I responded immediately, gave them the details again, and told them I needed the order by the end of August. They replied saying not to worry, that they were giving my order special attention and would do everything to get it to me in time. Well, it’s now September, and guess what? Still no shirts. Probably not even produced. This site is a joke. Avoid it at all costs — don’t waste your money.

This place is horrible. Stay far far away, I ordered on 7/1/25 now it’s 8/14 and still no order. When I messaged customer service they told me I forgot to add the font color… which it’s one of the 3 things you fill out. Def did not forget. 10 days later still no order. I messaged them again and got the same exact message back telling me they have sent it to the fulfillment center. Company is a joke

I placed the order mid May paying FAST SHIPPING.
Needed the order in the beginning of June. It’s now June 20th and after losing more than 50$ i still don’t have the tshirt.
Someone replied to my emails saying they sent the order for fulfillment but it’s been another 10+ days of radio silence.
Shitty customer service and shitty prices to be honest.

Ordered a top in October, had correct spelling on my order and even confirmed the correct spelling of my name via email. Once the shirt arrived my name was incorrect. I emailed them a photo of my shirt and asked for a replacement or refund. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue and have only been replied to twice. In both emails they responded saying “we will follow this up with our fulfilment team” and then they just never respond back. Absolute scam of a business and would definitely not recommend wasting any money on this company. No customer service at all!! I wanted this as a Christmas present and had to spend more money going and buying another gift even though I gave this company months to either send me a replacement or give me a refund. Poorly ran and extremely unprofessional. If I could rate it a 0 star I absolutely would, doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

Ended up claiming my money back from the bank, no goods and no customer service. Absolute scam.

I placed an order in February 2023 and it still has not came. I emailed them multiple times. Surprisingly heard back once saying that I did not choose a valid colour (which I 100% did) so I restated my colour and was hopeful they would either send me my order or refund me. It’s been nearly a year and have not received my order or a refund. Every time I see the advertisement come up, it makes me so angry!

I still haven’t received my order. Back in may I placed an order and I believe a month went by and i didn’t receive anything so I reached out. I surprisingly got a response about them trying to do something about it, blah. Fast forward to today haven’t received the item or my money back.

Never receved my order ! I order almost un years ago yhey are not responding to the email.

Ordered a tshirt 'Norlinda Diaz' would answer emails and then when I called it out on being a scam and I was going to report I hear nothing. No shipping updates and its been over 2 months.

Ordered 2 t-shirts and received just 1. Upon claiming, its been 2 months and they are still "checking" with their fulfillment area and are not replying to my emails.

T-shirt received was good. Shipping took too long.

Turnmevintage stole my image and name and sold it to their partner company for anti-ads. They have yet to take it down and now I’m looking into taking legal action. Do not send your personal info or images to this company they will steal and sell it!

Fake ahhh company, ordered 2 shirts and only got 1 shirt and the shirt they sent had a completely different person on it !! Customer service seems to send only automated emails and don’t answer any questions. I already filed a dispute with my bank.

Tshirt was ordered with express printing & shipping paid for, nothing showed up for 8 weeks. Only message from seller was “keep an eye on the shipping” … which wasn’t showing anything at all. Claimed a charge back with the bank, got my money back, and the seller had the cheek to email us to say they want the money back when the tshirt arrives … now 11 weeks down and still no tshirt. Scammers.

They made a terrible shirt and when I emailed them to get a reprint, I got one email telling me that I'd hear back from them but I never have. I had to contact my bank and am trying to get my money back now.

Ordered in JANUARY and still not received!!

Got an email 3 weeks after numerous follow up emails saying the shirt wasn’t made because the upload didn’t work! (Which is BS because I did 2 orders and the other was fine). They still haven’t CREATED the order, although they sent tracking which still hasn’t been updated! Won’t give a refund, won’t respond to emails, company is a complete scam!

Never received! Disgraceful customer service. Ordered early Feb for valentines which they guaranteed delivery for. Received an email the next day saying it would be dispatched soon and all seemed great. They sent my tracking and all seemed well but the item never came. I emailed them about it and received no response. Days later (after Valentine’s day) I get an email saying “kindly tell us the name and text colour” with no context or other information so I replied saying I believe my item has already been sent. No response. 9 days later they sent the same message but ignored my query about where the tshirt was. They finally explained my tshirt was never sent (despite tracking) because I didn’t fill in the name I wanted on the tshirt or the colour (yes I did). I asked for a refund multiple times and they said I couldn’t have one because the order had been processed (even though it hadn’t because they haven’t made or sent it). So they’re just keeping my money. I told them what they are doing is illegal but they don’t care and I have contacted my bank.

My shirt came out very low quality and took around 45 days to receive. The pics were distorted and it looked very cheap. Nice concept … Poor execution!

The company did great, I believe they customize each order and ship it after a few days. The only problem is how long shipping took. The product itself is great and my husband gets so many compliments 😂 Put your order in 1 month ahead of the date you you want it by. Other than that, they're legit.

Ordered for valentines day, still hasn't arrived. Emails being ignored and refused a refund.
Don't run ads if you can't handle the orders.
