What a joke. I paid express shipping and still received it 28 days later. The clothes smell AWFUL, strong smell of rotten vinegar. You pay 55$ a t-shirt and it arrives with a missing letter, there were no caracter limits when I ordered so you would think a 7 letter word would be fine right? Well, no. You try to contact them via email and they ignore you. Should've done better research before ordering, I usually am much more careful, won't slack on safety ever again.

Ruined experience as I ordered a t-shirt for Valentines Day and the website did say this would arrive before then. There was no communication to inform me of this.. When I messaged them it took ages and when they finally got back to me they didn’t even apologise and sent me a link to track my order which had no information on.. After almost a month delay this should be arriving soon.. Don’t waste your time.

SCAM! Do not order from here such a joke ordered three weeks ago never showed up!

This company is a SCAM ! Do not trust ordering from here ever! I ordered a custom made shirt paid money for it and it never came. When I reached out to costumer service about this to get my money back they just said "Let me see your receipt" When I sent my receipt and order number they never got back to me! WHAT A WASTE OF A COMAPANY !!

Got my order number but not any way to track my order. The order got to me eventually but it took awhile. Looks like the pictures on the web site mby bit worse in quality. The desing was nice.

I placed an order on January 31, 2024, to take advantage of the Valentine's Day sale (ensuring that the order would arrive on or before Valentine's Day - LIE #1). Immediately the day after placing my order, on February 1st, I received a notification that my order shipped (LIE #2). On February 15, 2024, I received an email from "Customer Service" stating "Upon checking, I did not attach a photo to the order, and that if I send it now, the order will be processed ASAP." (LIE # 3). That sounded odd to me as I uploaded 6 - NOT ONE - but 6 photos for the custom vintage tee when I made the purchase. The following day, I sent an email requesting for my order to be canceled. Then, shortly after, I disputed the charge with my bank for goods never received. CASE CLOSED. However, Turn Me Vintage recently emailed me requesting to open up the case and close the chargeback. NO!!!! Beware, this business is fraudulent and you guys need to stop scamming innocent consumers.

I placed an order the week before Valentine's Day- their website said guaranteed shipping by Valentine's Day. My tracking number still has no updates. They've sent two emails saying my order has shipped but the tracking number shows no movement. Their customer service is non responsive and non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I received my tshirt and it was beautiful. The only thing I didn't like a little was that I didn't receive an email confirming the order, nor a tracking number or anything. I even thought it was a scam after reading some reviews, but I received it in the right size and I loved the result

I got someone else's order and they gave the mine, they're not answering their email or instagram messages.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They advertise "guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day." (they're still advertising it on their website currently, and it's the day before V-Day). I placed the order on 29th Jan, and nothing has arrived; tracking hasn't been updated. They don't respond to emails or DMs. So disappointed :( Please don't make the same mistake I made!

they never shipped my order, tried to contact them via email and instagram dm. they replied on Insta however did nothing. Asked for a refund, no reply.

Complete scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. After ordering i started getting multiple scam calls. I reached out to get help with changing a size and i was told the message was passed to the production team but my order still shipped. Now when i try to track via their website it says no record found. Do not shop here. Absolute scamm.

Bought a custom shirt about a month ago, then read reviews and noticed they're trying to scam people. Tried to cancel my order, as soon as they read my email they charged my card, emailed me back saying they couldn't cancel it because it was already "processed". Ha okay. Then about 2 and a half weeks after my purchase they have the nerve to reach out to me saying I never sent them my pictures for the custom shirt, when I did on the website. The shipping says its been shipped about 2 weeks ago and there has been no movement. This place is a huge scam, don't my mistake trusting an instagram ad. Go on etsy and find a real seller.

It took a while even when I paid extra for quick delivery. But it came out nice! Design is nice but the T-shirt is too small. Just size up if you’re not sure.

I got my order but they produced it with 5 of 6 pics correct and 1 pic of a random woman
They said they'd look into it with production but now no answer. It's been 3 weeks and they have been ignoring me

The only reason for the one star is because you can’t put 0. I ordered my tee the day after thanksgiving, I thought that would leave plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. It took an entire MONTH for my tee to be “delivered” but once I got home it wasn’t at my door. I’ve reached out to the company three times and finally after my third attempt, they told me to reach out to my closed post office. Also, when I purchased my tee it says on the website that if you want a preview of the tee before it ships, to just request it. I did that, I didn’t hear anything back so I sent them an email letting them know I requested to see a preview of my tee before it shipped and I was assured it would be able to preview once it was complete. Then a few days later I got an email it had shipped… I reached out again, asking for a preview and they said it wasn’t possible due to all the tees being made during the holidays. Okay, that’s understandable but why not say that then? Why tell me you could and would, then not do it and say you couldn’t? Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a reply back. The amount of time for shipping is beyond ridiculous. I would never recommend this place or spend my money here again. My sister had the same style shirt made on Amazon and got it quick and easy with no problem. So I’d try that first. Don’t shop here.

The shipping is terrible!! I ordered this gift for a Christmas present and it has been over a month and I still don’t have it. Hopefully the quality is worth the wait.

Kept seeing these T-shirts all over TikTok and decided to order one. I never received any email with the tracking information like they said I would, I had to reach out and ask for it myself. At this point, I looked up some reviews as I started to wonder about the authenticity of the website. My order turned up about 3 days later so despite all the terrible reviews on here and the whole process taking almost a month (I live in the UK though to be fair), I’m fairly satisfied with my order as it came out exactly as I had hoped and my boyfriend loves it!

If I could give NO stars I would. This company took two payments a total of $150 out of my account. Never placed & order and they’re refusing to refund me my money. They are saying as there’s no order in the system they are refusing to refund. Absolute JOKE of a business. THIEVES.
