Worst company I have ever worked with. Attempted over 10x to get a transaction corrected under another account and still incorrect. Been fighting since February and it is now almost May....

He was very professional when it came out to switching cars I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely rent for him again.

Had an awesome trip and using Turo to find the right vehicle for that trip was was super easy!

Easy booking, easy pick up and drop off. Host commuicated beautifully and checked in on us.

It was my first time renting and I had a very nice experience. Car was very clean, smooth ride and the communication was great.

Love the car it drove so well and it was super cute. Only thing is just a heads up. They dropped the car off super early so you will end up paying $25 to get out & $25 to drop off. Just have the additional $50 to whatever they’re charging for garage parking

Pedro was an amazing host! He was kind, provided clear instructions throughout the process, and was available whenever I needed something. The vehicle was clean and drove great. Everything worked perfectly. I would definitely rent from him again!

First time using Turo. Found it easy to complete the rental process, and good insurance availability. The pickup was smooth, and the vehicle was in good condition. Drop off is fast and convenient, better than the airport rentals.

I extended my Turo rental (Reservation #54732742) multiple times.

Each extension confirmation screen clearly showed:
• “Distance included — FREE”
• “Average monthly miles: FREE”
• “Total miles: FREE”
• “$0.00”
• and the statement: “You are not limited to any amount of miles per month, only total miles for the entire trip.”

This language is ambiguous and misleading. It created a reasonable expectation that there would be no additional mileage charges. No disclaimers or warnings were shown.
Despite this, Turo charged me $980.08 in mileage overage fees. The host even confirmed in messages that he “can’t regulate that rate at all” and that Turo calculated everything.
Support later claimed the rules were “updated,” but the screenshots prove the opposite. This is deceptive and not transparent.

I strongly advise others to take screenshots of every extension screen. Do not trust the “FREE” language.

Turo app was very informative about pick up and drop off. It took care of each step along the way. Host was very responsive as well.

Very convenient, affordable, vehicle was in great condition.

The car drove very smooth. I went out on a family outing and had time. We all enjoyed. The ride. Car was great on gas. I will definitely be using your services again in the near future.

Our trip was incredible! We had detailed instructions on where the car was located at the DFW airport. We greatly appreciated the photo directions as we had never been there before and it’s a very large place. We caught a shuttle bus directly to the parking lot and the car was right where it stated. The vehicle was in excellent condition and drove very well. Our host even had some very sweet goodies waiting for us in the vehicle. We had an amazing trip and will be using Turo again for future trips!

Easy app navigation. Great choice of vehicles. Super friendly host.
