BEWARE! Avoid ordering online from this store like the plague! Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my 30+ years of purchasing jewellery! Worse than Chinese retailers so that’s saying something!!!This shop owner’s (Volha) idea of customer service is “the customer is always wrong!”. I purchased an expensive Ti Sento bracelet priced £159 from them back on 16th March. I received the bracelet a few days later and upon receiving it, I was in two minds about keeping it as it appeared very dull and more grey than silver. I was told it was because it was Rhodium plated. Unfortunately, as I went to try it on and take it off again, the price tag got caught in another bracelet I was wearing and tore off. After 4 days of contemplating whether to keep it or not, I finally Emailed customer service and told them I wished to return it. I returned the bracelet at my own expense, as the store doesn’t cover return costs. They received it the very next day, in its original condition, unworn, in its pouch and box, bubble wrapped and with the torn off tag included in the parcel. I got accused of violently ripping the tag off and damaging it (because it had a smudge on it, which was already there when I received the bracelet!) and made to feel bad for changing my mind about keeping the bracelet! They then offered me either a full store credit or a part-refund minus 25% off the value as a “re-tagging fee” for the very obviously pristine, unworn bracelet! That’s £40 for a new price tag!!! After many Email exchanges, lots of chasing, unanswered phone calls and a PayPal dispute, which I unfortunately lost because I used the wrong reason code (lesson learnt!); she is now being petty and vindictive and refusing any kind of part refund at all! To top it all off, she has now billed me £10.25 for her to send the bracelet back to me!!! This bracelet has ended up costing me £175 when I didn’t want to keep it in the first place and don’t even like it!!! Now, watch Volha’s response to prove exactly my point!

Poor customer service

Had my 18 carat wedding ring resized for the second time. I was told it would be £90 and increased by 3 sizes. My ring is embossed and I was asked if I wished the pattern to be preserved and I said if possible, yes.
I was given a price of £90
I went to pick the ring up today, the bill was £159.00!
I told the staff that I wouldn’t have had the ring resized there, had I known the ultimate cost!
They brought the price down to £130.00 after my protest.
I had no option but to pay. I feel conned to be honest.
The ring looks like it was re-embossed, which I did not ask for.
I won’t be returning to this shop any time soon.
If you want your ring resized ask for an accurate quote, I wasn’t given the opportunity.

Found the item I had been looking for on Turriff website and got it for a lower price than anywhere else. Speedy dispatch and well packaged. Fantastic service. Thanks Turriff’s. ❤️

Fart delivery and response to emails. The only one niggle was the lack of communications about the order and confirmation that it was being sent. I emailed and they responded promptly so could do with an automated system to help with understanding where the order is. Definitely would use again.

I place an order via the internet which I was not aware I could not return as it was on offer , the t&c’s are not showing on the product but in small print at the bottom of the home page !! the quality of the product is not as shown will not refund only offered a exchange!!

Item got posted very quickly (and was in perfect condition) however they sent it to the wrong address so even though I paid for next working day delivery, I only received the parcel 4 days later.

I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come the next day. Missed birthday and was able to give to my gf intime.
