The guide was lovely, the children enjoyed the experience

I did not receive tickets for two experiences:

first off all + florence is amazing! secondly the tour guide was very well prepared, knew her business and was taking care of everything. a very pleasantly experience!

Flavia was our tour guide for the Last Supper and she was wonderful. Flavia was so knowledgeable and taught us so much. Taking the tour with a guide made all the difference.

I bought four tickets for the Dome in Florenze, but I newer got the tickets🙁 I want my money back.

I can not reach them at all. My tickets have not been processed yet. It's been a week and absolutely no word from them. This is unacceptable and I want my money back!!!

Scam! Bought two tickets (ufizi and accademia) and they said that they never got the money and that i should check with my bank. 58€ to trash. Presenting the case to european customer care

I thought I was on the museum website. I purchased entrance tickets for 3 adults, for Galleria dell’Accademia (8,75 euros per adult) and Medici Chapels (7.75 euro per adult). I was charged 65,25 euros for Galleria dell’Accademia and 53.25 euros for Medici Chapels. Upon checkout, the company did not state the final price that they would be charging my credit card. I asked for a breakdown of the charges or a refund. I doubt I’m going to get anything.

Avoid.
Bought 3 tickets for the Florence Cathedral complex and Brunelleschi Dome for €89 each 6 weeks prior.
We were told at end of tour that there were no tickets left for Dome climb !
We also were not taken to the crypt.

After calling the tour Operator I was told to email them. Even if I get some kind of refund which I doubt I will get, it will not make up for the huge disappointment.

Be carefull. They add agency fee but don't inform you about that. In my example the fee was the same like the ticket so I paid the double price.
Problems with order confirmation. I made a reservation and I paid with CC but there was nothing untill next day. I was confused if my reservation is valid and I bought the same tickets on different portal (with normal price). They deny to cancell the reservation so now I have 2 tickets to the same museum.

Planned to go to the Verona Arena, and booked tickets and audio tour through Italy-Museum. Firstly there was no confirmation when I booked so assumed my payment did not go through. I made alternative plans to visit and bought tickets through another provider, only for my confirmation with Italy-Museums to come through 16hrs after booking. My request for a refund was rejected. Not wanting to waste the tickets we went as planned and was excited to listen to the audio tour which cost an additional 20EUR for x2 of us only to discover the Arena section last a whole 2.23mins. My summary is we were miss sold the experience and met with poor customer service to resolve. Advice, use someone else with better reviews.

To begin with, it's important to note that this website is not an authorized platform for all Italian museums. It's advisable to purchase tickets from official websites to get the best deals. While tickets for the Colosseum should be reserved well in advance, obtaining tickets for other museums should be relatively straightforward.

Despite having booked church tickets with an audio guide, I found that the guide was not functioning. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they only inquired about the type of phone I was using, and subsequently failed to follow up. Moreover, my request for a refund for the faulty audio guide went unanswered. I would strongly caution against using this website, and advise you to exercise caution when dealing with any Italian ticket websites, as there are a number of fraudulent entities operating in this space.

They charge important fees (like 5 euros for Academia muséum in Venice when the ticket is 2 Euros for a student), and don't send the ticket, so once at the museum, you have to pay again. They change the date of a visit after it has been payd. But if you miss the new appointment, they make no effort to allow you to join another group.

It was very pleasant to exchange with her.
She is an employee who takes time to listen the person to be sure to satisfy the client and propose solution to resolve problems.

Our guide for the Vatican Museum private tour, Alvise Tarantello, was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and we learned so much.

We did the group guided tour 4 May 2019 to see the Last Supper and a walking tour of Milan. Highly recommended. Our guide was excellent. So knowledgeable with stories and history the whole time (6 hours). Thank you!

I booked a tour for the Galleria Uffici in Florence. I have only wonderful things to say about this tour. Our guide, Valentina, was on time and very professional. Not only did she have a perfect command of English, but, was also incredibly knowledgeable about art, history and Florence culture. She gave us precise information about the most important pieces in the museum, the museum's architecture and history, and details about the context in which it was developed. The explanations she gave about each piece were incredibly detailed and specific. Her way of addressing questions was friendly, always striving to go the extra mile. It was evident that she has true passion and knowledge about her job. All the people in the tour were quite impressed by the quality of the experience we had thanks to the guide and the tour operator. I fully recommend them.

Very impressed. I would recommend this anytime. We had a great experience. Staff is very professional and friendly. Skipping lines was the best part.
