I purchased a gorgeous bowl, bib, spoon and cup with a straw, arrived so quick even though I live in the country! I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy we have had such great feedback on the cups. The volume of the cup is written in the product information section so there was no deception there and, 200 mls is the perfect size for little bodies.
Also, I personally use it with my 2 year old for his smoothies. I think it is great and he loves it!
