Great promotion, poor order review process

Took advantage of their 4/20 sale - very pleased with the promotional prices on top tier products from Arizer and Dr. Dabber. Was not pleased with the delay to review my order prior to shipment due to my order value being over $300. Their additional review of a credit card charge that successfullyy went through while speaking to someone on the phone added 2 extra processing days and straddled a weekend. Therefore, it delayed my shipment by 4 days. I get their need to protect themselves from fraudsters, but from a customer's perspective their process was not good and took prompting from me through chat and email inquiries to move it along.

Canceled Tx w/ out notifying the customer

Tvape accepted my payment for a Puffco Peak Pro and then canceled it without notifying me. They claim to have sent an email notifying me. Gmails search box works very well. They sent absolutely no email notifying me of the cancelation. All I have is an invoice confirming the purcahse. I sat waiting for a delivery for a long time. Horrible experience. Shop elsewhere.

It does its basic function

It does its basic function, which allows you to vape. Unfortunately, it has charging issues. I've tried several different boxes, several different wires and it basically charges when it wants to. When it does charge, I can't get it to go over a seventy percent.

My order

My order, the Tempest 2 and the Case. Came less than 24 hours of placing the order. I mean it came the very next day. I ordered it night before. It was in my porch 12-24 hours later. TVAPE offers immediate service the customer. I still can't believe it. It was the free shipping. Ooiwweee!
