TVape Customer Service Back To Excellence!

Today I made another purchase from TVape. They seem to be back on their game with the customer service and fast problem solving. My questions and transaction was politely and quickly taken care of. The experience was/is as excellent as it was before the Large workload they had to deal with just these last couple months. Also want to thank Marvi for the great, quick service and 5%off. I always look to TVape first when I want to buy anything Cannabis related, I recommend others to do so too.

Marvi was a big help today

Marvi was a big help today. My order contained an item that was actually out of stock and a suggestion was made for a substitute. Several debits and credits later and my order was one the way with an upgraded expedited shipping to make up for the delay. Thanks all involved

Worst ever they claim they ship a…

Worst ever they claim they ship a product to me and I never received it! Then they say call local post office n track where it is! Post office says been delivered! Well I never received my shipment and when call or email they still say contact post office! Ur business is shit and so is your customer service! Now I’m out 140 dollars and nothing resolved! WORST EVER!!

I ordered an atomizer

I ordered an atomizer, had some trouble placing my order. Contacted customer service (Nik - service agent) gave excellent, prompt, professional service! Would DEFINITELY do business with them! Thank you for your great service and thank you for standing up for your product!

Thanks for the customer service

I had a problem placing an order on the TVape website. I called and Nik S. helped me out. Nik was friendly, knowledgeable and he immediately helped me get the order placed. Easiest thing I have done all day. Very happy.

Terrible Experience

They sent me a broken device and I went through all the proper channels and did everything they asked me to, all for them to send me a tiny atomizer rather than a replacement device. I feel like I've been robbed and no one is prioritizing my case.

As confirmed in our email communication, the resolution provided was a replacement of the defective chamber, not the full device, which aligns with our standard warranty process when a specific component is affected.

Following this, we sent out the replacement part and also reached out to you to confirm whether this resolved the issue, but we haven’t received a response yet.

Venty at a GREAT price!!

I was slightly skeptical with some of the bad reviews about TVAPE, no idea why, my experience was a very pleasant and good one. I messaged TVAPE and they got back to me right away, they helped with answering questions about the Venty. I ordered it at a GREAT price, (you won’t get it any less anywhere) again which made me skeptical but I have already registered it with Storz and Bickel and everything was perfect. They shipped it right away. I would definitely use them again and again. This could not have been better, and I love the Venty.

TVAPE hitting homeruns

This is my second order from TVAPE.com, and I have to say they’re absolutely knocking it out of the park for an online store. During their 420 sale, I used the chat feature to find a good deal. I was expecting an AI bot, but instead I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa. She was extremely knowledgeable, quickly narrowed things down to two great options that fit my needs, and even provided a nice discount. She handled the entire order and sent me a link to complete the purchase. Lisa also made a point to ensure the device would ship out the same day (Tuesday afternoon) so I’d have it by the end of the week. Her outstanding customer service is the main reason I made this purchase today.
