It's a dead end disguised as an opportunity
This company is one of the worst places to start a career, and I wouldn't recommend it to any graduate. The pay is insultingly low for the amount of work expected, and the hours are long with zero consideration for balance. The atmosphere is toxic, mismanaged from the top down with a CEO who has no idea how to build a health culture. You're dragged into endless meetings that achieve nothing, thrown into roles you weren't hired for, and left without proper training or guidance. There's a heavy drinking culture that overshadows any sense of professionalism, and the finances are a mess, leaving the business unstable. Progression is non-existent, especially for new starters, and the constant chum of staff speaks volumes about how little they value their people. If you're serious about your future, avoid this place, it's a place dead end disguised as an opportunity.
