Wouldn't dream of ordering from these guys or recommending them to anyone. Placed order, put it on overnight....... still waiting 14 days later and they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Completely untrustworthy, should of burned the £30

Had to chase for order email confirmation- but was sent quickly once I did - item arrived next day - exactly as described.

Package arrived very quickly but I googled the exact model of my Samsung TV and this product was recommended. As it turned out the screws that went into the TV weren't long enough. Was just about to call their hotline when I found a set at home from something I'd done before. The mounting plate is great and I'm confident the TV won't ever fall down but had I not had the spares at home there would have been no way I could have attached my TV. :-(

I ordered a tv wall bracket and was emailed saying it had been dispatched on 4th January with next day delivery. It did not arrive and, after a few days, I emailed Tvfurnituredirect who replied on Jan 10th to say the bracket was delayed at UK Mail and they would follow it up. I too emailed UK Mail who said I needed to refer the problem back to the supplier. Since then I have heard nothing from both UK Mail and Tvfurnituredirect and I still have no wall bracket. This leaves me out of pocket and very frustrated. I will now have to order another bracket - obviously not from this company sadly.

Made a purchase directly from their website on 14/01/17. Did not receive an auto email confirming the order, although payment was taken. Contacted TV Furniture Direct numerous times by email and telephone with absolutely no reponse. The telephone number always goes to answerphone and doesn't even state the company name! They promise 24hr delivery and it's been over a week now and I have received and heard nothing. I am now working with Trading Standards as I feel that I have basically been robbed. Be warned!!

The TV stand was even better than what it looked like on line and my son-in-law had it put together in no time! Would not hesitate to buy from them again

Disgrace. Order apparently dispatched next day delivery on the 4th Jan, still no sign of it on the 14th and emails to the support team ignored. Essentially theft.

I bought a fancy glass TV stand in black a few days ago. It arrived the next day, instructions were pretty clear and the product looks fabulous. Great piece of furniture and a very good customer experience. Recommended!
