I had purchased a large TV wall (37 - 65) mount which came very quickly and was also on free postage through EBay. However, there was a problem with the screws that fitted this bracket to my TV, If you think about it how many TV manufactures are there out there for the size and depth of screws that would be needed, they had included three types of different screws for this fitting. I rang to inform them on a local number given on my receipt, I talked to a very helpful and understanding man in customer services at 11am on a Monday and by 10am the next day the right screws had arrived. I now have to fit it, but I'm not too worried given the service and help to date. Thank you.
