Tvg is great service and app is very easy to use

TVG aka FanDuel, is nothing but a group of air head shills for the race tracks and for TVG. All they ever do is push their pick 3s, 4x, 5, and pick 6s down your throat every chance they get. They practically never win their bets and the only sure way to win with TVG is by booking their bets or tossing out their selections completely.

When the mute button was invented, they had TVG in mind. I don't know how many people I know who watch TVG for the races and don't ever turn up the volume. When I emailed them and asked that they put their return on investment for all the selections they make, they declined knowing it would be an insult to their television hosts.

Just treat this network as mindless shills pushing a product that they know very little about and want the viewers to follow their lead and lose all their money as they do.

Easy to place a bet,, and get paid quickly if won

I have been a customer for over 20 years now and have, until the past 3 months, been extremely satisfied. In my 20+ years I have wagered over $900,000 and I am a VIP member. But lately I have had a few major problems (from worst to even worse). First, the TVG app has been horrible lately not showing proper races at proper times, etc. Second, I am a very early riser and often wager on South African racing for which TVG has always offered Pick4 & Pick6 at $0.10 intervals. For the last 8 days now they have not offered wagering on that even though other sites like Xpressbet are offering it. And finally the worst, and probably criminal act. On January 1 I was doing my normal wagering on South African racing and TVG website (and app) were listing the incorrect horses for wrong races. For instance, they were showing horses for race 10 under race 5. And this happened multiple times throughout that days race card. I have the photos to prove it and they are still listing the errors on the race results. WORST OF ALL - They actually accepted wagers on those races!!!! Any attorneys out there - doesn't that constitute FRAUD BY DECEPTION???? I have an account rep that has tried to be helpful in these matters but she can only take it so far.

TVG and FanDuel are the worst locked my accounts. TVG locked by me to take break. I was a vip customer. They treat you like garbage and their customer service is non existent. I also have a personal agent that works with me his name is Justin Horowitz. Can’t help me so I am not betting now so he treats me like yesterdays garbage. To think I use to love TVG

I’m on TVG and the turf paradise 3rd race on1-19-23 has not paid into my account and it’s been over an hour. Went to live chat and was #7 in line and its now been 40 minutes and I’m 2nd in line. No live phone service due to Covid the message said
But Covid is over so that’s outdated. The only way to resolve issues is with live chat which is slow and non responsive. TVG was great but Fanduel has serious customer servixe issues service issues to resolve if they’re serious about improving TVG customer service.

Absolute Garbage. They make an error and when I complain they kick me off their site…? I literally put over $100,000 in past ten years and they have the nerve. Any lawyer actions I can Take???

Answering the phone

I’ve been betting with tvg for years and I’ve lost plenty during periods of time. Never complained or ever heard from tvg. Three days ago I finally hit big now there’s a problem with my gambling habits and now under investigation or review. Won 5200 withdrew 4500 and now they have a concern. Please. I’m waiting on their review as I was told it would be settled by Thursday let’s see how they handle this.

Tvg is the worst site ever I open a new account they close it cool I reach out to them they told me to send my id my selfi my debit card I send in all of them I get a update from Christopher saying he get all my stuff but they are reviewing them

Tvg is a clown 🤡 on God I went on open up a xpressbet account it was fast easy and no worries I don't even send them my id or selfi or a card tvg doing too much

the switch from TVG to FanDuel tv has been extremely disappointed. The bonuses are less, some of the best handicapper’s aren’t on as much.

I would advise bettors to steer clear of this outfit/website. The irregularities associated with the website will cost you money and the “Customer Service” response is literally non existent. I made another attempt to resolve an issue and you can’t get a human being. Bettor beware and I would recommend that you avoid doing business with TVG/Betfair.

So totally frustrating that the race wouldn't load.

I've been a patron of racing for over 50yrs. When ever I bet a trifecta ahead of time n one of the horses was scratched it would drop to an exacta, if two horses were scratched it becomes a win ticket.
To handicappe, deposit, make the wager all to get your bet back,
Thats one thing preventing me from bragging to my pack of degenerates at the casino every Mon n Wed lunchings. I hear them complaining about their at home problems with their current pick center n viewing choices,. N none of their issues would be an issue on your site.
But I know if I bragged about your site n the oldies group from NY ever experienced what I'm talking about I would not get any invites to their monthly card game n that is my monthly payday their.
Ok then, one more thing, date of experience below I would have to go through all my picks to find
But it was in the last week, n my only refund on a trifecta bet.

I have tech. issue, so i sign in to (TVG/ Fanduel.com) support and I am 99+ inline for a coach. For over 20 minutes i am 99th or 99+ in line. the 99+ option Seems to suggest they would rather you give up or accidently refresh your browser so you would lose your place in line. How are you supposed to trust a company with this type of unthinking process. Can't get my issue fixed, Fanduel makes less money. 40 minutes still 99+....

Every time someone complains about fanduel, fa duel responds with a statement of how great they are. They aren’t great. First, TVG takes over hgtv and installs their talentless talking heads that talk more about where they’re going drinking or eating instead of anything meaningful. Then, fanduel makes it worse by not showing positions during the race. Instead they show all this garbage about other sports I could care less about. I’ll start watching TwinSpires online.

I don not like that you take down the race from the menu before it is official. Leave it there with "off" instead you have to navigate down to the next race
