The bar/cafe person is very rude on Train 903 today. He was not willing to answer my simple question about the filling in a sandwich. Instead he said “what does it look like?” In a harsh tone. I left without buying anything. It was not a good experience and I shall not be using this service again. Being polite is very easy!!

The website is extremely slow. Not my computer or my network as I have 100mg. Once you click on the website it takes almost 45 seconds to load. 2 other issues are the wager pad which I have sent a message about and got a response of no we will not be adjusting or changing the wager pad experience. The wager pad is so slow after it pulls up there is a lag. This lag has cost $$$ due to the desire to bet at post time vs of ahead of time for odds changes and other reasons. The format to pull up tracks is bad. Trying to find a track is a poor experience if you need it immediately and it is not on the list to the left you have to hunt around to find the proper track. Where did the V75, V64,V4 and so on... Swedish Harness racing bets are all gone, only left with exactas and trifectas!?!?!

Biggest concern would be slow customer service response: email waits average 12+ hours. The chat is OK if you get the right person. Not friendly to older customers who prefer a live human to talk to.
