Customer service is bad, cannot talk to a live agent over the phone I was promised promotion and never received, send several emails and received the run around issues was not resolved

Hire telephone customer service staff to answer customer concerns. Since the pandemic TVG and now FanDuel, which owns TVG, has decided to not provide customer service by telephone. They don't appear to have staff to tend to customer concerns. Maybe they are cutting back on staff or want the TVG platform to fold.
Instead, they have you send an email to what they call 'support center'.
I did that for three consecutive days in an attempt to withdraw winnings but never received an email or any other response. I asked for a call back; still waiting. As many have indicated here, they delayed in releasing my winnings; never helping me to secure them more quickly, despite my emails requesting help.
Their approach appears to be to tie up your winnings and thereby force you to spend them on more wagering, sort of the opposite of their statement about wagering responsibly. The longer they delay sending your winnings, the more likely you are going to use your winnings on more wagering on their platform, pumping the monies back into TVG/FanDuel.
The newest version of TVG, via FanDuel, appears to have become a shell of its former self. Am wondering if management does any monitoring of the quality of customer service.
Though wanting to support and see TVG continue, am inclined to use other platforms until FanDuel can decide what its intentions are with TVG and its wagering platform. At the very least, they need to respond to customer emails, or, better yet, with a phone call to quickly resolve the issues at hand.

I tried to withdraw my balance and they made it so hard to get somewhere I finally had to quit. I don't know what to do . It was so simple to withdraw from TVG.
DO NOT bet with these people.
You do not chat with a human they just repeatedly tell you to go to sites that don't apply to your problem.

They won't let you withdraw your winnings only playable balance

been betting since 2012 and no problems until I win on Kentucky derby day 2024 wow this is is some garbage more than $500....

TVG refused to pay my winning bet claiming that after they accepted and confirmed my bet there was a problem with the host and the just refunded my bet one hour after the race was run and declared official. Do not bet with TVG or do so at your own peril

In my opinion tvg is one of the best betting sites to bet on Horse Racing never had a problem. I will recommend it to anybody who wants to bet Horse Racing online. I’ve been a customer for years not one problem.

It’s fun and a great app to use, but it’s impossible to get your money out. I’ve tried 5-6 times and the first day the app says the money has been transferred to your checking account, and 2 days later, the money is back on the app !

Can't log into my account on TVG app (android). Useless app to use when I need to, so why even bother anymore? I'll use my DRF app exclusively....at least I can log into that account!

TVG's new format is beyond horrible...you have this white background with numbers jumping all over the place, it looks like a darn spreadsheet...like what is wrong with you people? There's no color to offset anything, just this splurge whiteness with numbers all over the place, like why?????

I noticed most negative reviews blame Fanduel for ruining tvg. This may or may not be the case. Regardless, there is obviously a major problem with customer service. I love tvg and I never had any issues other than simple things like log in issues or location problems so these were fixed super easy.
I saw their true colors when I had a question about my balance that I couldn't seem to get resolved. My chats with them would end abruptly with the agent getting annoyed when I expected more from them then a brush off. They would say case closed and close chat box.
I received my answer by email, but it didn't even answer my question. I asked for more detail to help me understand. So they insulted my intelligence some more by sending me the exact answer again, word for word.
I think the worst part of it is they are always eager to have feedback. We have all heard it, "Fanduel needs your feedback." Or " Are you enjoying tvg?" Well I finally agreed to give my opinion and when I tried to, about two sentences in, a message pops up and says my feedback is too long. Well, don't ask if you don't want to know.
I should mention they have two great agents, the others should learn from. I give Dominique and Cassie an A plus, but you can not choose which one to speak with. So good luck!

I won $300. & $200 on the same day, the rule is 24hrs, when TVG had it only 30 minutes, that was on a Saturday, Sunday my money was not deposited into my account I waited till about 9:00 that nite in which the withdrawal was at 4:00 I tried to call no answer, just robot email in which never replied, so I contacted BBB, ONLY because I had a $10.00. Transaction over 7 months ago which they stated that I had owed, so ok, it took 3 days to correct this, so now you gonna get what you gave me, so today 1/26 I received a suspension notice from Danny stating that I must not be able to afford to play the races, they froze my money and my bet, he stated that I am on punishment for FREEDOM OF SPEECH, I told Bbb that I in fact needed my money and its mines, so I didnt keep up on my bank which I needed my money before a transaction came thru my account nor did I look till I stated that I needed my money because I am on fixed income, but I got money, I was pissed that no live agent wants to answer you. But when you owe them they disable your account. Danny is not a counselor nor can he tell me about my fiances, I am good, but evidently he is trying to get promoted. The letter was really deformation to me and I have escalated this issue, who is he to send me that terrible email. Now moving forward I am insulted and will escalate this matter.

Not good. Very informative however. When you judge your betting they are in ln their living room from what I heard tonight. Very disappointing

I see where others using TVG have had this issue it goes like this you make a wager you watch the race you win and then come back a few minutes later the winning wager disappears no money no winner grandma said if it smells like a fish it is a fish goodbye TVG and friends I would think twice before wagering with TVG .

This company is the absolute worst. They easily take your money, but when you have a problem, its extremely difficult to speak with a live person. They give you some AI generated bull, do not solve the problem, send you an AI generated email saying case closed please give us a review. I patiently went through this cycle 3x before I exploded in my third response. What did they do? They disabled my account. Instead of trying to satisfy a customer they disabled me. You know what I did? I closed my account. Im a little guy. They dont give a rats ass about little guys. If I could give them zero I would.

BC races blocked today. Customer Service totally lame.

Once again, on a big race day you get shut out because the system can't handle it. I've had this experience with the Derby and today's (2023) Breeders Cup, My advice - go elsewhere. I am.
