Keeps freezing on amazon fire stick. “SOLUTION FOUND” I switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz wireless frequency and it’s stable has a rock. Guessing it’s because 2.4ghz transmits more data, but at lower speed.
Versus 5ghz transmits less data but at faster speeds. So the theory is TV player was playing catch up on 5ghz and kept freezing while data loads.

TVplayer stopped supporting Roku devices two months ago, but they haven't taken the trouble to actually remove the tvplayer app from the Roku channel store. I downloaded app, found it wasn't working, rebooted Roku, found it still wasn't working, then had to search their website for an explanation. Just remove the app!!

Shockingly bad for constantly freezing and needing to be reloaded. This is using an Amazon Firestick. Annoyingly I also have a Roku box but can no longer use this either. Read most of the replies in here and the response is almost generic. @TVPlayer you need to fix this poor service quickly, as not every user must be weirdly having the same issue without anything being wrong at your end!

Last night it was OK, tonight it was unwatchable. That's it, had enough. Paying £2 more, going with Now TV.
You idiotic bunch of fools have had the last of our money. You either give us a refund or we take you to Small Claims Court. We pay for a service, you are supposed to provide it. Amazon can, Now can, why can't you?
Not had this problem with any other streaming service so time to kick your backsides into touch the only way we can. It's refund time.

Big mistake taking tv player off Roku as I’m sure they will lose so many customers! Doesn’t make any sense as a business decision. Really enjoyed watching live TV in my bedroom without the need for an aerial, but I won’t buy new devices just to keep the tv player app so I’ve cancelled my subscription. According to reviews on here the other devices don’t stream very well anyway. I really think they should have a re-think on this, why on earth they would want to reject so many paying customers is beyond me.
EDIT - in response to your reply: Seriously, who is dealing with your marketing?! Do you really think that these copy and paste replies are an adequate response to the customers who’ve been paying their subscriptions to suddenly find they can no longer use your service, with no warning from you whatsoever! Terrible customer service.

Constantly logs me out states all sorted but still won’t let me log in. I have Apple TV every app works except this bug ridden. Lagging unreliable excuse for a TV app. How dare you ask for money for this it is not fit for purpose. Sort it out or I will lobby to have your license revoked.

Stopped working on roku box several weeks ago. Launches app then immediately closes app without doing anything... bad bad bad. I have reloaded the app and still the same result.

Used to be very good, but since a recent update I'm finding it hard to watch, as I keep getting a message "Failed to load video" Tried again today to see if issue resolved but gave up as every couple of mins the same message came up and cut me off.

Well after initially having no issues, I completed an update today only to lose all the chanes I've subscribed too! Hacked off to be honest you then have to re enter login details and that wont accept any detail. Nothing to watch a very poor showing indeed.
Not sure if even anyone will help solve this issue.

Unable to even sign up to this service, the app just glitches and doesnt load and if you go to the website to get a subscription it just doesnt load. Shame really as i thought i could finally watch TLC on demand.

Still a terrible service.
BBC1 and 2 work, but ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 all go to a blank screen when you hit "Play" (You have to go to their own sites / apps to stream them), which I now do ...as I have to! I paid TVPlayer purely to have them all (working) in one place.
How long can this service be so unfit for purpose and still think it is value. It is at best a very expensive TV guide and a handfoull of their promised channels maybe work now and again.
Cue some clueless idiot below from TV Player replying with another generic response telling me to go to their long winded automated helpdesk at "support.tvplayer..." (suggesting to help me sort out "MY problems with MY devices") - They all work fine thanks. Hence I can get all my channels directly from all of the providers, across 5 devices, all with 1GB unaffected internet connection. Please tell me how you will fiix YOUR service, that I pay for, instead.

I was going to subscribe, then after loading the new upgrade it’s been useless, any chanel I would like to watch won’t load!! All I see is a red circle clearly trying to upload however nothing but failure to load video????? What is this seems everyone is having the same set of issues? Bizarre clearly happy to lose customers and not bothered about gaining them!!! I only watch really channel and now I wish I had uploaded the new app No improvement there!! Come on guys fix this or lose even more customers!!
