Excellent After Sales- Great Wee Shop
Without a doubt the best service I’ve had from any bike shop. Anyone can sell a bike, but it’s when something goes wrong with your new prized possession that a good shop stands out. The guys at Tweed Valley wasted no time at all sorting out the problem. They kept me fully informed and sorted the issue out quickly. Everyone at the shop was really helpful. All other bike shops should be like this.

I purchased a Santa Cruz Nomad and agreed on a few spec upgrades with a trade‑in on the unwanted components. The deal felt fair and was easy to reach.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, with clear updates on how everything was progressing. The bike arrived promptly and was very well packaged.
There was a slight issue with one component not matching the advertised spec, but this was handled quickly and professionally with a next‑day courier. Overall, I would highly recommend Tweed Valley... thanks Guys!
