Ady and the team helped me out with my Reba forks (which I attempted to service by myself and messed them up). I found the service amazing — professional, courteous and honest. Really happy. The forks came back today and were well packaged and they ended up charging me less than the initial quote which is very refreshing in this day and age! Massive thanks!!!

I came to TWB looking to buy a replacement bike for a damaged one. The experience was excellent. I dealt with Neil, who is a really nice guy. He took the time to discuss the various options and then squeezed me in for a bike build just before a trip north. The bike rides great and I’m very happy with my experience at TWB. Really great customer service from Neil as soon as I walked in the door. He was incredibly knowledgeable and treated me as a serious customer (which doesn't always happen to me in bike shops as a woman). I was able to test ride 2 bikes in order to determine sizing, I wasn't pushed in any direction with spec just given information to make my own choice. I chose a beautiful bling Bronson, got a great deal, and picked up my bike a few days later with loads more help from Neil going through setup and making tweaks when I came back from a test ride. Super happy with the whole experience. I'm not local but would definitely return to Tweed Valley Bikes, good customer service is worth a 5 hour round trip! Thank you
